Beautiful one bedroom rental. Great communication prior to check in with contactless, easy check in. I felt perfectly safe in the building. The apartment was roomy and spotless. Very clean, comfy bed, coffee maker and TV. Bathroom has a great showerhead. Kitchen is sparsely outfitted- not really equipped to cook but perfect for microwave reheating. There is a convenience store right next-door for anything you need. Will definitely stay here again. Great location.

This is my new fave spot!! I stayed with my family and the place was cozy and clean. Very spacious, new and clean appliances, communication was very fast and helpful. It’s center city so the parking was a bit tough and expensive* but other than that everything was amazing.

Wonderful, apartment-like setting. All the things I needed, none of the things I didn't. The bathroom was well stocked, with plenty of towels. Very nice shower with good water pressure. Dishware, glassware and silverware were all available. A very clean space with a walk-in closet, comfy bed, and even the sofa was a nice place to sit or nap. Also, very close to great dining, bars and attractions. Big windows with a very open feel. The only negative is that it was a bit noisy being on the street side, with traffic, but even that dies down after a while. I really enjoyed my stay, and will definitely stay again when I'm back in Philadelphia.

We were so happy with our One Sky Loft location. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Great quality sheets on the comfortable bed, wonderful shower, with high quality body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The kitchen contained nice cookware and dishes and we loved the addition of the full spice rack. The location was perfect too. Easy walking distance to the historical district. It is just a one minute walk to the Walnut Street Theatre which is America's oldest theatre. We enjoyed a fantastic show there.

Cute loft in the heart of Philly! Centrally located so we could walk to a lot of places. Only downfall was the wi-fi was very spotty which make it hard to stream apps like Netflix and such.

We enjoyed the stay. It was clean and relaxing. Our loft had a lot of street noise from dump trucks early that was loud and woke us up but other then that, the location was great and we enjoyed it.

The floors were absolutely FILTHY!! They turned my husband bare feet visibly black with dirt and grime. Also, the walls were visibly soiled. Given this it mase me question the how clean all other things actually were. The location was fantastic! Close to the historic areas.

Very clean. Two suggestions. There were no coat or towel hooks anywhere in the unit. Also, the overhead lights could use dimmers. One of our windows was open at the top and they were too heavy to close. Also, the kitchen could use some cooking utensils like a spatula.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at one Sky loft. Parking was easy on the street, the location is at the center of a lot of shops, places to eat, and it was in a nice, clean, safe neighborhood. The check in process was easy and we were provided easy steps to access the building. They accommodated an early check in, although we ended up being delayed getting to Philadelphia but we appreciated it. Definitely worth the money for the peace or mind

Enjoy your View of a Wall

The unit is modern, but very poorly equipped. Coffee pods, but no sugar or creamer, salt or pepper, no wine glasses or corkscrew. Stayed one week, but had to ask for extra towels, hangers, soap pods. Couldn’t get the tv to work and was told that was because there was no cable box. No cleaning service all week. Location was good, but no parking and very noisy. Windows are single pane and the view is of a brick wall.

My stay at this property was nothing short of exceptional. The location provided convenient access to downtown, making it easy to explore the area on foot. SUPER DOPE! Entry and exit were seamless, thanks to clear and straightforward instructions. The space itself was impeccably clean and thoughtfully stocked with all the amenities I could need. The balconies were a particular highlight, offering a wonderful spot to unwind and take in the surroundings. I wholeheartedly recommend this property and look forward to booking again in the future. 10 out of 10 and I will most certainly do it again!
