Check inn was terrible person could not find reservation had to paid for first night again to stay the night. That was Wednesday night Then Friday upon coming back to room at 11pm someone else was in my room. My stuff was in garbage bags and I had to pat again to stay Friday and Sat. Still waiting to get my refund because I had already paid.

They are running a scam that if you don't get there by 6 o'clock PM they Say they tried to charge you it didn't go through and when you get there 10 minutes late they only have the room available at a much higher rate like $200 VS $95 . I had my reservation for 2 months through espeedia and when I got there at 6:15 pm they said it was not good anymore...it cost me $750 vs $450 I had booked...i couldn't change because the last minute prices at all local hotels must add pricey... what's the point of making a reservation?

Blankets had holes in them, furniture was chewed up from what I can assume was guests bringing dogs in. The key card reader for the back door is broken, so anyone could walk into the hotel from the back door without a key. The key cards for the room also randomly deactivate throughout the day so we had to keep getting new ones. This happened even if we kept the cards away from phones, wallets, etc. The WiFi is abysmal, might as well not even offer it. I wanted to do some work but ended up having to use my phone as a hotspot. The lady who checked us in was very nice, but she was the only good part about our stay.

The online pictures do not accurately represent what the property is now. Rooms are falling apart now. They used VERY cheap materials like flooring and bathroom fuxtures. Now it is rotting.

After waiting an hour past check in time, with a previous reservation, there was not a room with proper accommodations available. The room originally offered to me, had no hot water. The second room finally offered had speckles of blood at the base of the shower, as well as body hair left in shower. As well as the hallway near my room obviously under some sort of construction. The front desk person did her very best, but the mentioned issues will certainly be the reason why I won't patronize this location anymore.

We are currently in our room! Arrived around 2pm on November 4th 2023 and got in our room and it was rather chilly so went to put on the heat and it was just blowing cold air out! My wife went and talked w a staff member named Jamal and he said he’d notify maintenance and if they can’t fix it, maybe move to another room or “thug” it out and possibly be compensated! Left hotel around 4pm and went to a football game in the area returned around 9:30pm and still cold in the room….still no heat! Wife asked for a few extra blankets and it’s currently 10:15 pm and no blankets or heat!! Also, tv keeps cutting out w static and buffering on every channel! Trying to watch the Alabama LSU college football game and it’s virtually impossible to watch!! Absolutely ridiculous

We had the worst experience of all. First we got there. They were stains all over the top of the bed and the TV didn’t work. With us to the next room where the keys do not work had to go back downstairs three times. Finally the girl came upstairs check the keys and said correct the keys do not work. Got a Sim with her main key, they noticed the floors were filthy dirty. Not to mention the staff was extremely rude. Went out on Sunday came back. The keys did not work again. Had to go back downstairs to have them re-do the keys and then when I try to get in the door, I had to hit the door as hot as I could to open it. Definitely not worth the money that we paid and I would like my money back.
