"Staff was wonderful but i bedbugs in the room"

"Nothing wrong with hotel, except we were needing to make coffee in our room before our 3am Shuttle pick up. The coffee filter cartridge was the incorrect size for the machine in our room so we were not able to use it. Disappointed not to have our coffee to go, especially as the lobby did not start the morning coffee service until 6am. Other than that all was good. Nice, bright and clean, very friendly staff. "

"Really old hotel and definitely didn’t get a “clean” feel. Due to a prior water break, the water was brown coming out of the faucet. The sports bar had OK food but is was chaotic. Only one of the 3 elevators worked "

"This is a residential building that seems to offer vacant apartments as a hotel. With that comes residential behavior. Some floors smelled like cigarette smoke, some like marijuana. The “lobby” was a fold out table with a register system. The employees were very kind and accommodating. I asked to switch my room and wasn’t even questioned. The first room was gloomy, dirty and outdated. The second room was cleaner but still not to my liking. I gave 3 stars for the customer service being great! The property needs work and is under construction. "
