"No parkimg, coffe free all time, all atractions walking distance liberty bell, masonic temple, city hall etc. Restaurants arround the hotel. 13 minute from the Rieading termnal Market a lot of phily food. "

"There were only a few issues. The furniture and wallpaper need updating the lighting in the bathroom was not good. Bathtubs are out of date, and for older people, dangerous to navigate. The HVAC system let cold air in from the outside. Pros: very friendly staff. The restaurant served up very tasty food the bed was okay but felt a bit saggy and worn out. "

"This was the most horrific place I have ever stayed at in my life!! Dirty , Nasty & FILTHILY are understatements to describe this place I wouldn’t let my pet stay here! We were more from 1 room to another as an upgrade which was disgusting but not as the 1st was! The reviews on here are LIES!! We tried everything to get another room at another hotel and everything was booked! I would have preferred to stay in the train station vs this place! NEVER AGAIN!!!! I will have nightmares about this hotel for sure! "

"The day I was traveling with my baby, the hotel called me to confirm my reservation by having me pay for the room over the phone. I told then I didn't feel comfortable and that I had selected to pay in person in the hotel room. She was rude and didn't like that I wouldn't pay but I read her my reservation policy and had till later that day to pay without cancellation of my reservation. I also told her that I was traveling alone with a baby and would get in late. Then when I got there, other women that just checked in came back from their room to complain of it's smell. The women behind the desk gave them disinfectant spray as the solution. Then after I checked in the room was dirty. There was pee around the toilet. The bed looked like it was slept in. The sheets did not look or feel fresh. They felt old and used. Food crumbs were all over the carpet. There was sticky stuff on the night stand. Lamps were stained with water. The phone and lamp was broken. I called the front desk through my cell phone and the lady was rude. She said she couldn't help me and hung up on me. I tried to check out that night and they did not give me a refund. "
