A lovely five bedroom home in the heart of Narberth three blocks walk to the train into Philadelphia and a variety of great restaurants and pubs. A gorgeous eat-in kitchen and living room flow out to the porch with 3 person hot tub. outside fire pit and Grill also on the patio. The 5 bedrooms can sleep up to 10 people one full bath on the second floor a full bath on the main floor and another half bath in the basement nice tree covered yard and beautiful new covered slate patio with wood lounge chairs great for morning coffee

Great location

Great kitchen dining area and spacious living room. Our group of six women had plenty of space to enjoy a leisurely breakfast before heading out to catch the train into Philly. Narberth is also a cute town with its own offerings.

Hidden gem just outside of Philly

The place was very comfortable. Sometimes when you stay in away from home you can tell everything is as cheap as possible. Here that wasn’t the case. The amenities were perfect for our group. We look forward to the upgrades in 2025. And will be trying to stay here for the same event every year.

This was an awesome property. Rob was so easy to communicate with. The house was better even than advertised (ping pong table in the basement was much appreciated). Wish someone had brought a bathing suit to use the hot tub!

Graduation

Our family (six of us) traveled to Narberth for a grandson's graduation and Eagle Scout Court of Honor. Having the house within walking distance to town, a church, and our son's home enabled us to share many events as a family. Our two grandsons who traveled with us could have their own rooms, and we appreciated the first floor bedroom and bathroom. The new walk in shower with grab bars worked well with hot water and good water pressure. The television was reliable and we were able to watch movies together. The kitchen was well equipped, and we cooked our breakfasts and some lunches, saving us from the cost of restaurants. The photos of the interior of the house are accurate. This home has many original features which are charming. The first floor has been completely updated and has a modern esthetic. Parking was always available on the street. We did not use the grill. The family enjoyed the hot tub on the front porch.
