The big metal doors in the hallways are slamming opening and closing all night. It’s right on a busy road so the rooms in the front of the hotel you’re constantly hearing the trucks go by I just had a hard time sleeping with all the noise throughout the night. Including some guy, walking up and down the hallway, talking on his cell phone.

The front lobby, breakfast area, hallways, and our room were all clean.Our room was on the third floor facing the back, and it was very quiet. We checked in late in the evening, and Faisan was very friendly and helpful. All of the morning staff we encountered were also very friendly. Two small complaints about the bathroom: 1) the shower/tub faucet controls were very confusing to work, and were not labeled in any way-- you basically had to do trial and error and risk freezing or scalding yourself. 2) there are no countertops or shelves in the bathroom. Even the soap dish barely fit on the sink. There's just a little room on the sink for a cup, and that's it. But for a one-night stay, we could deal with it.
