Better than the pictures

The house is very charming - the pictures online do not do it justice. It is on a busy road but very close to Haverford College campus. It has a large backyard away from the road. It is a real house currently occupied by real people, not an investment property used solely as a rental, so there are personal belongings in the closets and so forth but this was not a problem for us. It is a very comfortable family house or place for multiple couples.

Beautiful historic home, comfortable bedrooms, warm gathering spaces, modern bathrooms - great shower pressure! Perfect for our family to gather for a cousin's wedding. You do hear the electric SEPTA train (M1, fka Norristown Line) go by from time to time, but we found this delightful, and it's not so loud as to wake you up.

Great option for campus visits

The house is large and spacious with a lovely back yard. The best part is it's proximity to many of the colleges in the area, particularly Haverford, which is a very short walk.
