I saw hairs on the mattress when I arrived. I also ate 3 meals at the hotel and got very bad food poisoning. Very bad experience with food!

OK resort but you better have cash in hand..
Good location in Mui Ne and beach... Restaurant and room cleaning staffs are great but front desk staff and manager needed to be retrained on how to handle international credit card transaction properly.

Nice stay.
After 3 days of my 5 day stay aircon issues were resolved it was very nice. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly and attentive. Beach was ok but they still have some ways to go with fixing. Pool is warm, place is very nice for kids. Lots of gardens flowers palm trees and coconut trees.

We, overall, enjoyed the hospitality by hotel staff. Breakfast was fine, but the service was really nice. Room was just ok. Lots of mosquitoes in the room when we checked in, but they stopped flying around when we lowered the temperature to 20 degrees. We asked for a second room key so we could leave the other key in the slot to keep the AC running while we were out. Water pressure was the only bad experience. My daughter said it was lighter than light rain! I stayed under the showerhead for almost 15 minutes to wash off the soap on my hair! Other than that, we really enjoyed the beach. We would try a different hotel next time.

Great location with restaurants and cafes nearby! There are also security Guards guarding the resort who’ll check your if you have a hotel card with you. Maybe a little troublesome but really appreciate the tight security as it makes it more safe! Breakfast was great other than the fact that the maple syrup was infested with ants. Overall, great location, good service and comfortable room!

Good to go with family or friends.
The reception is quick and nice. People are so friendly and the lady helped me book the bus tickets to other city. Breakfast isn’t that big but still good enough to enjoy. Spacious pool and private peach are enjoyable too. Hillside rooms is a bit far from the main building so that I crossed the road but it’s not a big deal. Too many cats in the building which I didn’t like the most. Worth for the money :)

No windsurfing at Saigon Mui Ne. Go to surf4you
The major disappointment was the fact that they no longer provided windsurfing as their website suggests. This has been the case for over a year but they have neglected to update their website. Their initial reaction was poor but by the second morning they had arranged for Tam, one if the kite surfing instructors to drive us 7km to surf4you each day. The hotel was fine, the beach beautiful and the staff helpful. The service in the beach bar was slow.

I would not book this place again. I felt misled by the photos and was booked a room at the casino across the street from the actual hotel. The room was clean and decently sized but we didn’t expect to stay this far from the beach and we paid quite a price for this stay. We stayed one night and I regret booking our stay here. We were miserably woken up throughout the night by multiple telephone calls, from 10pm, 12am, 3am, 4am, 6am... what the hell- and no one was even on the other line. Really ruined our night of rest after a long day of travel. Would not recommend this hotel.

Very beautiful resort. Nice rooms, nice landscaping and right on the beach! The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of food. One thing we have found important while in Vietnam is a rapid water boiler (electric tea kettle) so that we can boil water to drink the next day instead of always buying bottled water. This re sort had an electric tea kettle in the room. We only spent one night here but when we come back we will definitely choose it again!!!

Beach Resort Mui Ne
Saigon Mui Ne is a resort on the beach in Mui Ne. A very good buffet breakfast is included in the room cost. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The grounds are lovely, well kept and the pool is very nice. We stayed for five weeks last year and four weeks this year as we really like the resort.

Great family location
Came for a 2 night stay with family. It was a great stay overall. Direct access to the beach and we could book tours from the hotel. Spa facility was good also. Lots of restaurants to eat at nearby. One thing I didn't like was that the gym/game room was very hot, without any air conditioning. There was no outside air flow in the room either to keep it cool. One of the nights the hotel had hosted their dinner right next to the main road / sidewalk. That would not have been an enjoyable experience due to the heavy road noise and pollution, especially for the price. So, we decided to eat elsewhere.

Amazing! 5 Stars!
I’ve been traveling throughout central and south Vietnam with my parents and cousins for 2 weeks and this resort was our favorite. We had an amazing time here! The staff was very friendly compared to hotels and resorts we stayed at in other parts of Vietnam. Location was great. Walking distance to many things. Customer service was awesome. I’m definitely coming back here again.

Beautiful Sai Gon Mui Ne Resort - a must!!
Beautiful resort with a beautiful swimming pool and right beside the sea! The accommodation was superb and a delight to stay in - exceptionally clean and attractive bedroom furniture! Loved every aspect of this place and will definitely go back!!

Beautiful Beach Resort
Lovely resort with a large pool and beautiful grounds. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The resort is on the beach with a kite school attached. Would definitely come back here.

Totally disappointed!
Regarding the comments seem quite good, that's why I booked this hotel for my friend, but it didn't seem that good. Apparently hotel staff was quite rude to my friend and her room is quite far away from main part. when my friend was checking in, the staff was like sit down, then he came over and said oh your not staying here your over the road, he was like it's more expensive to say here? And I was like oh I didn't realise got up to walk off and he said no sit back down. I feel very sorry to my friend, the staff shouldn't has said like this with impolite, that's not nice service to guess, totally ruined my friend' s trip, and damaging the hotel image !

Relax your days away
Perfect place to relax and unwind, middle to end of April is "low season* so hotel and resort quiet, resort restaurants offering discounts and free drinks making low prices ridiculously low. This hotel is in an excellent position close to many shops and bars.

Overall the hotel service is good, employees are nice, but the hotel is not at the middle of the town, not convenient for shopping around , the light is not enough at night, walking in the resort felt little scary during midnight

Right next to the beach!
The hotel is right next to the beach and it has a nice resort style outdoor swimming pool. The price we got was excellent. They also helped us with check-in at an ungodly hour of the morning. The wifi is a bit flakey at times, but that has been my experience throughout Vietnam. Highly recommended.

We stayed in a bungalow which was very nice an clean. The breakfast was adequate, the usual buffet style with egg station. Very nice pool area, we were disappointed with the beach and brown sea which did not look at all inviting even though it was very hot. Needless to say we stayed by the pool. Lovely well looked after gardens and friendly staff.

I usually don't write any reviews for hotels, however the trip to this hotel has made my stay so enjoyable that I had to leave feedback. The rooms are clean, modern, and spacious. The staff was exceptional! I traveled with my family and mom and unfortunately, we had a medical accident which required us to bring my mother to a local medical clinic. A staff member at the hotel followed us to the clinic and stayed there for three (3) hrs to make sure she was healthy and all was well before he headed back to the hotel. Upon arrival back to the hotel, the staff asked us if my mother was fine and even the following morning during our exceptional breakfast buffett, the restaurant manager even asked about my mother. We felt so welcomed during our stay which encouraged me to leave this comment. If there was a place for 10 stars, this resort would've received it!

hillside room = guest-house not worth the money
If you plan to book at the hillside. You might as well go for guesthouse or 2**hotels near by which is cheaper/better and $$.I paid 60$ for the hillside :-(. Otherwise pay extra 50$ and upgrade your oceanside/view. Remember to bring mosquito repelled ;-)

the power sockets in this hotel are hopeless. you need to be very careful to recharge your electronic devices. also, it is not close to downtown. but suitable for business overnight stay.

The facilities have been gotten old, but they’re doing their best to keep them clean. There some staff look unsociable, but we positively communicated with them, then they gave us cheerful smile and kind hospitality. We were surprised that we could enjoy dinner with free of charge. (included into the room fee)

ムイネーは2回目でホテルを変えましたが今回のホテルは値段相応に印象は悪かった。これで4つ星という表記をするのは詐欺である。 宿泊する部屋もレセプションや毎朝利用するレストランからかなり離れている印象で、こういった情報は予約を取る時に正しくユーザーに伝えるべきである。 「安い価格の理由はレセプションから離れた位置にあるためです」といった正直な姿勢が信頼につながると感じます。 今回は非常に残念な印象しか残りませんでした。

Absence d’eau chaude, l’eau était tellement froide que nous n’avons pas été capable des prendre nos douches. Nous avons demandé 3 fois à l’hôtel de corriger la situation, à chaque fois,on nous répèterais que l’eau chaud était revenue, sans que ce soit vrai. La plage est fermée par ce qu’elle est trop dangereuse. Je déconseille fortement

리조트는 오래된 것 같았지만 실내는 깨끗하고 잘 정돈되어있어요. 에어컨도 새것이고 화장실도 리모델링되어 있어서 깨끗했어요. 연휴였지만 주변 가게들이 문을 열지 않아 리조트 석식뷔페 이용했는데 가격대비 나쁘지않았어요.
