The manager was extremely helpful and went way beyond only what he had to do to help us during an emergency situation ! We will be forever grateful to him and his staff. The property is located close to the beautiful mountains and close to town. It is a vintage structure but everything works fine.

The area of Pfronten is beautiful. The hotel is very vintage, felt like stepping backing in the 1950s. We had the family apartment, which was a great size for us and our children. Perhaps because of the language barrier, the woman attending breakfast wasn't overly friendly. As we were the only family eating breakfast in the restaurant the first morning, we did not know we were supposed to clear our own tables. The female employee made a point the next day of letting us know by pointing at a sign written in German. She did not seem happy. Once I realized the error, I was quite embarrassed, and tried to apologize, but she seemed quite irritated with me and walked away. There is a fabulous restaurant just down the street, we actually went 2/3 nights there. The steak was incredible, as was the venison goulash. Despite being a little quirky, would stay here again if we were ever in the area. Not sure how it compares to other hotel options.

We loved our stay. The apartment was very spacious and lovely, location was great and parking was excellent! The swimming pool was a good plus too :) Mr.Barni was very kind and helpful! We love to visit again when we come back to Pfronten, thank you so much!

Disappointed Summer Stay

If you must, must stay at this “motel” then it’s ok otherwise look for something else. Starting with there was no front desk personal available the entire stay. (3 nights). The rooms are hot, I went out and bought a fan to make it bearable. The pillows are horrendous they can’t be classified as pillows. There is no cleaning service. No refrigerator nor other amenities. No place to eat lunch or dinner and had to drive a distance to find food. The breakfast is ok (8-10). Parking is available but very limited. No elevators. Overall it did not feel as the photos on the site looks like when booking. Would not recommend for relaxing/vacation…maybe if you are a skier and then perhaps during the winter months it’s a good location.

Väldigt trevligt o familjärt hotell

Ett mysigt familjärt hotell med mycket bra service! Personalen fick oss verkligen att känna oss välkomna. Hotellet ligger i en fin by med flera trevliga restauranger o affärer. Det var lugnt o avslappnad atmosfär. Det enda negativa med boendet var att det inte var någon ac på rummet o det blev väldigt varmt (nu var vi där när det var väldigt varmt, 24-26 grader)

O hotel fica super bem localizado e conta com uma estrutura muito boa. O atendimento é impecável, mas só precisa ficar atento com o horário de check in que é só até as 18h. Super recomendo

Ungemütlicher und seltsamer Ort. Wir sind sofort wieder abgereist. Alles veraltet, vergilbt und verschimmelt. Fairerweise muss man sagen, das Bad war renoviert. Personal freundlich. Der Gasthof ist aber eine vergammelte alte Bude. Sieht man schon von draußen. Drinnen wirds nur schlimmer. Wirkt wie ein Arbeiterheim.

Rundum zufrieden und absolut zu empfehlen

Wir haben das Hotel spontan für eine Zwischenübernachtung mit 5 Personen gebucht. Das Appartement war sehr geräumig und wir waren mehr als positiv überrascht. Der Service war sehr gut und freundlich, das Frühstücksbüffet sehr lecker! Toll war auch das Schwimmbad, das wir abends noch nutzen konnten. Die Gegend hat uns auch gut gefallen, daher werden wir noch einmal für einen längeren Aufenthalt wieder kommen und das Hotel wieder buchen.

Vi havde en lejlighed og der var god plads. Sengene var gode, men lejligheden var godt slidt. Lå tæt på byen så kunne nemt gå op og spise i byen. Poolen var ok. Morgenmaden var bedre end forventet.
