Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dishwasher, and a workspace for home office. A baby cot and high chair are also available.



Guests can enjoy a shared outdoor area with a balcony and garden. Public transport is just 200 m away.



Parking is available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets and smoking are not permitted. Childcare is available on request and for an extra charge. In summer 2026, breakfast is included from Pentecost until 31.08.2026, but not in September. In summer 2027, breakfast is included from 20 June to the end of August. No breakfast is offered in winter or during Carnival.



The property offers homemade and homegrown products. Waste separation guidelines are provided on site. Energy- and water-saving facilities are available. Part of the electricity is generated by photovoltaic panels, and sustainable materials were used for insulation. As pets are not allowed, the apartment is also suitable for guests with allergies.
