"Reception was kind and welcoming, but the room (Dolcetto) was very odd. Tried to find it charming, a long cave, but it's strange. The foot of the bed is right upon the curtains on the opposite wall. Sleep was the big problem. The room sits over the socializing courtyard and restaurant. "the owners of the property could not do enough and were must charming. Carlo and Paola work so terribly hard but always ready to talk and smile with the guests. It is very much a family hotel with the gentle Nonna always about to help if she can. But to the main reason this hotel was chosen was because of Carlo's wonderful cooking.
