Its private jacuzzi spa heated all year round and its private swimming pool (in summer), will allow you to spend a pleasant stay in the Gers.


This pretty chalet is located in a quiet countryside, between Vic-Fezensac (15 min), Mirande (20 min), and Marciac (20 min).

The cottage is 38m2.
Capacity: 2 ADULTS
+ 1 child up to 17 years old + 1 child up to 3 years old ***

It is equipped for your comfort:

- Living room with equipped kitchen
- TV, Hi-Fi system.
- Reversible air conditioning + Pellet stove in winter
- 1 bedroom:
1 bed 140x190 for 2 people
+ 1 bed 90x190 for 1 child
+ 1 baby cot for 1 child up to 3 years old (bed on advance reservation)

- Electric blinds in the bedrooms: for a restful sleep
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, heated towel rail, toilet
- Pantry with washing machine.
- Terrace with garden furniture (+ plancha).
- Playpen / children's playground.
- Private parking.
- Baby kit loaned free of charge (on reservation).
- CléVacances label: 3 keys.

The chalet has an additional Wi-Fi for everyday use (emails, messaging, simple Internet consultations).
Located in the middle of the Gers 🌻 countryside, the speed can vary depending on the time and the number of users connected.
For more demanding uses (videos, important downloads, several connected devices), please plan to use your mobile connection.

Pets not allowed.

Presence of a second gîte at about 30 metres without vis-à-vis.

We will be able to show you good addresses and ideas to discover Gascony: heritage, gastronomy, vineyards, traditional markets, walks

Private SPA :
It is located on the terrace of the Cedar Cottage and is covered with an arbour (+ canvas on the west side).
- The Spa has: 2 semi-reclining seats + 1 seat.
CHILDREN: use of the spa possible from 7 years old.

Use of the spa not recommended for pregnant women, people with health concerns (poor blood circulation, heart problems, etc.).


JULY / AUGUST: for stays of 3 to 21 nights: the spa will be available until 9:00 am on the day of departure.
It will be emptied between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m. by us, so that it is ready again at the end of the day.
Reminder: departure maximum 10:00 am in summer.


PRIVATE POOL:
The above-ground pool will be ideal for cooling off this summer!
Diameter: 4 metres - with removable ladder.

- Maintenance carried out by us, in complete discretion, in the morning between 7:45 and 9:00 am.
- Access reserved for chalet tenants. Access prohibited to any other person.
- Children: under permanent supervision by an adult:
