Hotel International Brno

Hotel International Brno

10/10 Excellent
"Room was clean and well organised. The bed was made every day - and fresh towels were provided. The breakfast was sumptuous - I don't think I've seen an hotel breakfast like that in decades. It beat many of the best places I've been to and has to be the top for breakfasts in terms of choice, quantity, and quality. The only slight downside was the wi-fi, which worked ok for my phone but not my laptop. Would definitely stay here again,!"

Frequently asked questions

What is the best area to stay in Petrovice?
The best area to stay in Petrovice is the region immediately surrounding the Petrovice Chateau, as it offers the most convenient access to local attractions and amenities.

This central area is the heart of Petrovice, centred around the historic Petrovice Chateau. You'll find a selection of local eateries, boutique shops, and the Petrovice Museum within easy walking distance. The streets here are generally quiet and well-maintained, providing a pleasant environment for exploring on foot.

For couples seeking a relaxing retreat, staying near the chateau is ideal. You'll be perfectly positioned to enjoy leisurely strolls through the chateau gardens, visit local vineyards for wine tasting experiences, and dine at charming restaurants, all without needing to travel far.
When is the best time to go to Petrovice?
The best time to visit Petrovice is during the late spring (May to June) or early autumn (September to October) when the weather is pleasant and the vineyards are at their most picturesque.

During late spring, the countryside is lush and green, and the temperatures are comfortably mild, superb for exploring the region's natural beauty and vineyards. You'll find fewer crowds compared to the peak summer months, making for a more relaxed experience. This period is ideal for couples looking for a romantic escape, with opportunities for scenic walks and wine-tasting without the summer rush.

Early autumn offers similarly agreeable weather, with the added beauty of the grape harvest season. The vineyards come alive with activity, and the changing colours of the leaves create stunning landscapes. Many local festivals and events celebrating the harvest take place during this time, providing a deeper insight into the local culture.
