Unit 1: Beautiful townhouse near to Petoskey shopping, restaurants and trails.

Come stay in this comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse. There are two units in this duplex, each with its own entrance with a shared deck in the back. There is a large back yard with lots of room to relax. This quaint old home has been fully remodeled and has a small view of the bay! Walk downtown for dinner or shopping. We are close to bike trails, beaches, golf and ski resorts and much more. It is situated in a quiet residential area. This unit accommodates 6 comfortably.
We have windowl air conditioning units: one upstairs and one downstairs. We use old school window fans too!

We loved our time in Petoskey, and this place could not have been better situated. We had lovely walks around the town every morning and sat out every evening enjoying the cool shade and looking out into the bay. Colleen was an amazing host that went above and beyond to make our stay a comfortable one. We would all love to return again one day and would easily recommend this place to others.

Perfect up north getaway spot

We arrived very late after dropping our kid off at college, and the host was very accommodating! Everything was perfect, and the location was great, an easy walk to downtown.

The place was clean, very close to town, and a great place to stay. Will definitely book this place again. My family had a great time at the house. We had 2 cars, so we parked down the street which was no big deal. This place is a must to stay at if you are looking to be close to town.

We had a great time. The place was very clean and comfortable. We were close to walking downtown to shops and restaurants. We brought our boat and had it docked at the marina in Petosky and that was also very convenient.

Fantastic location

This place has everything you need, books, games, cookware and plenty of space. There's a view of the water out the back and an easy short walk to downtown Petoskey. The street is quiet and check in and check out were a breeze. We will be back! Thanks for a great stay!

Cozy & Inviting Home Near Everything in Petoskey

This is our second time staying here and not our last. The host is very kind and helpful. We love the convenient location to everything downtown and appreciate the amenities. Love all the games available too. Everything is clean & comfortable. It's very cozy & charming. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

Excellent location and excellent host!

We brought our family on our annual Petoskey vacation. We were very excited to be between Boyne Mountain and The Highlands, but also close to downtown Petoskey. The location did not disappoint! We walked to downtown and enjoyed all the amenities of the area. The house was charming and cozy. The kids loved having their own rooms, and my wife loved all the warm blankets and cozy furniture. We will absolutely stay here again!

Sister Trip

Celebrating Tina's 65th BD, and she wanted to check out Petoskey!! This property was PERFECT for our needs! The entire home was comfy; bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room, and the porches. We felt at home from the time we got there until the time we had to leave. The property is a few blocks from the awesome downtown area; we were able to walk to shops, restaurants, and The Bay! We also had a few nice drives to places close by; Mackinac City, Boyne City, Walloon Lake, Charlevoix, and Deadman's Hill!! It was all of our first times to the area, and it was lovely. We are so thankful to Colleen for sharing her beautiful home with us!!!

Girls Weekend

Loved the condo, location and Colleen. The mattresses are tired. The Queen bedroom backs up to the UPS or Post Office. Very loud and bright. Thank God they weren't open on Sunday. I was able to sleep Saturday night. Winter may be better because windows are closed, and drapes drawn. Colleen was a wonderful host. Came right away when there was a problem with the sink. Having given my review, I would stay there again.
