Welcoming, pet friendly property
I stayed at the property one year ago for the same event that I attend this December. My choice to stay here is related to lodging rates, proximity to ski areas and dog friendly policy. The staff are bar none one of the most accommodating and friendly that you'll find in the industry. Some freshening of the interior of the property has been completed. The lobby is pretty with its holiday decorations. The beds are clean and comfortable. There was some damage visible on the walls in my room and the tub really needs to be retired for a new one. It also took 100 years for the water in my bathroom to start running hot, but once it did-no issues. I will defintely stay here again. The positives make up for for the few areas that need addressing.

I wasn't impressed
Stayed just one night and that was enough. I was pretty disappointed in the cleanliness and condition of our room. Moldy caulking in the bathroom, stains on the walls, overall not a great experience.

This hotel, while somewhat dated in layout and design, is quite clean and well-maintained. This facility has no customer elevator, but since it has only only two levels, this was not a major concern. Our room was very quiet and well-isolated from noise coming from the adjacent highway. Breakfast choices were a bit limited in number, but they were fresh and tasty. All in all, our stay was very pleasant and met our expectations very well.

Check in was fast. The hotel and room were clean but needs updates. There was a STRONG smell of carpet cleaner. Walls are paper thin. Overall ok stay.

Our only issue was the air conditioning for the room was not available. Apparently the hotel shuts it off seasonally. It was October 3, area was experiencing warm as in mid 80’s so the room was a little too warm.

The hallway and room smelled like mildew and cigarette smoke. The poor attempt at a bathroom upgrade - but grout reminents on the shower sides and 3 levels of floor entering the bathroom. No elevator....

The property was in a great location, a little outside of the city center. There was a firepit with outdoor seating, welcoming staff, and chocolate chip cookies! What more could you ask for? I will stay here again.
