The room did not come as described. There was no food offered for continental breakfast. Was charged full price. Placed a stay with a room with a bathtub for my autistic daughter and she had to go without bathing our entire trip because there was no tub. Seriously DISSAPPOINTED! FALSE ADVERTISING!

Love the hotel super clean , the pool excellent and the breakfast perfect for my family, the location is amazing for both ski locations . for sure we will reserve for next year same place very friendly staff

Good location for us, near the ski hills. Be aware that the rooms have exterior doors. You have to walk outside to the pool, hot tub, and breakfast area. It wasn't far, but we were surprised by that, and it was a little cold in the winter.

Great Location
We loved the convenience to the ski hills plus both Petoskey and Harbor Springs. I also liked not having to haul your luggage up an elevator and down a hall especially when you have extra gear such as ski bags. Definitely, impressed with the breakfast options.

Our overnight stay was amazing and the breakfast was perfect. Clean and comfortable room and the staff was super friendly. My only complaint is that you have to leave your room and walk outside to get to the pool. This wouldn’t be a problem in the summer but in the winter it’s a little inconvenient

We've come here for 2 years now to drive the Tunnel of Trees, staying at this hotel, and we've decided its going to be a yearly destination. Great location, nice quiet hotel, very friendly staff, super clean room/pool/fitness room, and yummy breakfast.

Being next to M-119 and a traffic light, the road noise was horrible during the day/evening hours. At night, it wasn't quite as bad as the light transitioned into a blinking light so the vehicles with noisy engines/mufflers mostly kept going through.
