"This was the BEST stay I have ever had, anywhere in the world. The most incredible part was the staff - they were exceptional!! Excellent!! The best!!! All of them were just so kind, caring and always helpful. They made us feel welcome every single day. Andy was particularly lovely and welcoming, but all of them were seriously incredible. We would 1000% come back again.
The facilities were also amazing, the pool variety kept us always happy to relax at the hotel, the spa was wonderful, the breakfast was delicious, pool side cocktails were wonderful, and the location couldn’t be better! Also a very recognisable and accessible entrance for transport, so never had to go onto the busy road to wait for transport.
This should absolutely be the top place to stay in Bali - 10/10 for us."
