"We enjoyed our stay. Firstly, the staff were amazing. They were friendly, helpful and attentive. The best staff ever! The rooms were clean and quite modern. The buffet breakfast was 5 star. From freshly squeezed juices to bagels. Nothing was too much to ask for. We will return. 🙏"

"I couldn’t fault anything at Alila. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the rooms were exquisite and the buffet breakfast was exceptional. The different pools worked really well. The view from the pools were superb. I can’t wait to come back again. Thankyou!!"

"We loved the staff and their hospitality. The bfast buffet was good and staff catered to your request. Cleanliness was good. However the hotel being a 4 star needs a revamp. The taps in the shower were so corroded that it was not a pleasant experience for showers. The pool railing to get in and out were so unsafe , the deck was creaky and old. The powerpoints were loose in the room and made a static sound. Overall it was a pleasant stay for our first time."

"Our stay at Kayumas was exceptional. The staff were the most kind friendly and accommodating. We were greeted by every one of them every time we saw them. The rooms were good and while they could use a bit of updating here and there they were clean with nice finished and the beds and pillows were divine. They cleaned daily and provide all new bottles of water, and coffee Nespresso pods daily. We didn’t use the loft as it was warmer up there and we weren’t really in the room but to sleep. There is a dunk pool on the enclosed patio but I’m a mosquito magnet and didn’t chance it. The food selection was good and for breakfasts it was awesome. The star is the choice of custom coffee. Latte, americano, cappuccino. How may you want all breakfast long. They even make the foam art on your flat white! Balinese coffee is delicious and they even sold us a large bag of their beans to bring home. We utilized their private driver for two tours and Dika was great. A safe driver and so kind. They have a golf cart that will take you for free into Seminyak square or reasonably close restaurants too. The spa was excellent and we utilized the services 3 times. The property is tucked back off the main road and I’m glad we chose it. Very quiet. The street to walk in on may look a bit rough on one side for a minute but it’s very safe. We walked home many evenings. It is close to everything you want to do. Shops. The beach. Walking was no problem. Highly recommend this property. We will stay again!"

"I loved this property! The room had everything plus the little things that are sometime missing like Drawer space, closet Hanging space, a Jack stand for your luggage, a Desk, keyless card entry, and black out curtains. The AC and WiFi worked well. Oh AND the pillows were amazing on the bed. Great pillows. 4 on the King anyway. The pools, the restaurant / bar and swim up bar were great to have on property. The pool deck is SUNNY most of the day! 10am-4:30pm in May (yes, we all want to know THAT detail when booking a hotel with a pool). the Spa on property was a treat! and the therapists were wonderful - I did 4-5 treatments there. The Staff was super friendly, kind, and helpful in every way. I felt at home and welcomed. I would stay here again and probably will :) The location...Well as a first time Bali visitor I was surprised at the street scene everywhere BUT for Seminyak this hotel is was off the main mess but very close to everything and anything. The street outside is pure chaos but the resort is a total oasis! INSIDER TIP: There is a path to walk to the beach from the property! It's only about 7 minutes to the beach. Ask the staff to explain it as it is through a gate that CLOSES at 6pm - After that you can't walk back and need to take a Scooter (Grab ride). Check out the Potato Head Club for a scene - I walked there thru the walking path, watched sunset on the beach, and took a Grab ride back. Shusksma! Rebekah"

"This was our first trip to Bali, and we cannot express how thankful we are for the W Bali team for making this our best vacation experience yet! Every member of the staff interacted with was incredibly kind, hospitable, and professional. In our opinion, the staff was the greatest contributing factor to our positive experience. The amenities were outstanding! Our room left nothing wanting and service was prompt and unobtrusive. Even our ocean view room felt top-tier in terms of features. Each of the restaurants we ate at was high quality in terms of food as well as service. Recommend Fire for breakfast, and the seafood dinner at Starfish Bloo. The beauty of Bali speaks for itself, but if you are considering staying at the W, we highly recommend. We are confident you will not be disappointed!"

"Amazing resort. Fantastic room, beautiful pool and great food. I stayed a lot of nice high end places during my years of travel. I would say this place is tops all. I received the best service ever. The only down side is that this place is rather far from Bali airport and shopping districts. Yes taxi/Grab are available but the traffic congestion is unreal. On the other hand, if you are looking for peaceful / stay in resort vacation, this is it."
