"air con was amazing, such a relief to walk back into after a hot morning out, pool and pool bar was lovely, the room was cleaned throughout our stay, food available from restaurant and for room service was delicious, hotel is in a great spot with lots nearby, beach was about 15 min walk, great massage from my masseuse Yuni, she was very gentle, kind, comforting and professional only thing that wasnt great was the bathroom, a bit of limescale build up and shower/bath was kinda old/outdated but we could tolerate that, other than that, room was clean, bed was comfy, atmosphere was lovely and tropical, loved all the trees and the service we received, will be back soon"

"We stayed in Alila Ocean suite. The view was amazingly unforgettable! Room is spacious. But the lights controls were a little confusing. And the temperature control in the shower room was a tad difficult to navigate. Wifi can be a bit sketchy. But all these is compensated by the outstanding customer service and the view that greeted us everyday. Seasalt was beyond fabulous. Shoutoutb to all the smiley and warm staff , especially Dera and Rai. Though building feels dated, it is generally well maintained. I would love to go back again, and stay at room 316!"

"Towel and bed sheet had a blood stain, dust everywhere, toilet and shower had virtually no proper lighting, whole experience was quite creepy. No items in minibar and the safe ran out of battery when checking out, delayed check out by 30 minutes as engineer had to come to fix it. "
