Fantastic highly recommend excellent customer service and beautiful accommodation

Excellent breakfast. Enough choice. Very modern with touches of Bali culture. Art works, uniforms have Balinese touch. The pool is big enough if on your own. Bar nearby and rooftop. Staff friendly and helpful. Massage at spa was excellent. Good products used, clean surroundings and skilled masseuse. The big problem is a tiny sign out the front so most grab drivers can’t find the place. Was easier to get dropped next door at Kanvaz. Well appointed room.

This was easily my best experience of staying in Bali. The whole design/mood of the hotel is contemporary but very clearly Balinese with seamless movement between areas and an open vast feel with almost perfect use of high open spaces, natural materials and the soft gentle breezes from the sea. Lovely staff, very polite and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. As the villa was situated to far to walk easily of a night, they would take us and then pick us up later. The Villa was very clean and true to the photos, outdoor living room and kitchen were lovely, a chef comes and cooks your breakfast in your outdoor kitchen. Very romantic, most suited for couples.

Villa was huge great security, Position was great, staff awesome, food delicious and free shuttle from 12pm-8 pm in Seminyak.

Beautiful villa, staff sensational and would recommend to anyone seeking privacy, a quality villa and service. Not good for children, which is a haven for couples.

The villas are in a great location (just meters from the main drag but still very quiet). The thing that distinguishes Amana villas from others is the superior service offered by its staff. All the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and were more than happy to offer advice on things to see and do. The room was clean and well presented. Nice job cleaning most days. I didn't eat at the restaurant but the staff were very friendly whenever I walked by. The gym isn't much but can get it done. Great pool, towels and the spa looked very nice too. It was a great base for the Seminyak area. Nice little Warung next door for a cheap feed.

We loved our stay at the Kanvaz! It’s at a perfect location with various options of cafes and shops nearby. The room was very nice with great facilities, and the lagoon pool added to the wonderful experience. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. We especially received fantastic transport and tour services from Arya! Highly recommend anyone visiting Kanvaz to ask for Arya if they need transport services.

Maca villa's made our short break just what we wanted. Relaxing, quiet, extremely friendly staff, great food and a private fantastic pool villa. They serviced our room twice a day and afternoon tea/coffee was a nice touch. Nothing was a trouble for staff and they went out of there way to make our stay great. This pool villa is accommodation that I would go back to or recommend to my family. AA++

Kayumas was exceptional!! From the moment I walked in I was greeted by friendly staff and saw the beautiful pool and sitting area. The hotel room was spacious and clean. It had so many wow factors such as the private plunge pool and the amazing touches like the lighting and the towel animals prepared by the hospitality staff. We attended a private cooking class with chef Ngurah and he showed us how to make a 5 course Balinese meal! We had the best time. Thank you everyone at Kayumas for looking...

My stay at the villas was amazing. It was my birthday on one of the days and the whole staff welcomed me in the morning with cake and sang happy birthday. The cafe staff also sent in a cut out watermelon with Happy Birthday. It’s a real family vibe from the staff. The room weee clean, location was great!! The staff were all ways there to help with transport or any needs you need. Thank you to the staff for making my stay at the villas the best.

My adult daughter and I had a short but fabulous Girly stay with Alila! The positon of the Hotel and politeness of the Staff impressed us immensely. We loved our entire stay but if I was being very picky I would suggest the Breakfasts could be improved. Another important piece of information for potencial guests is to note there are 3 parts to this Hotel, the 5 Star on the beach section, a secondary Building still with beautiful rooms & another pool & then a third building closer to the main...

We just love ivilla . We went last year with my friends and it was so great . This month my family and I stayed only 2 nights because my husband wanted to stay in another place while also being in Bali for the end of our trip, he regretted that choice as soon as we got to i villa he loved it and was disappointed to leave and only stay 2 nights. The staff are just excellent really 5 star service. If we come to Bali again we will be staying in ivilla for the whole trip. Really amazing service guys...
