"I asked for help in getting my rewards number I was told they can’t look them up. I asked if I could get a little milk for my morning coffee and was told they can’t open the milk??? I would not stay here in the future"

"This hotel is very pricey. There is not a microwave in the room they had one in the lobby but it disappeared on our last day there. Experian charged us $75 for breakfast for 2 days and the hotel said it was for one day. The breakfast was the typical breakfast you would get for free at any other hotel. Definitely not worth $75. Then when you try to find the breakfast you have to go to the front desk and ask where it is, turns out it was on the 7th floor and the ticket was not collected or asked to see. So anyone with a key can probably go to the 7th floor and eat breakfast free. Almost forgot no coffee maker either. I had left over coffee from our travels which I had to go to the lobby to reheat. Our family will never go to this hotel again as it is very pricey and they want you to eat at the reataurant, the breakfast is not in any way woth what they charge. As far as cleanliness it was, also comfortable and the staff was friendly. But not so much so as to change my mind at ever staying at this hotel again."

"I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The hotel was very dirty — the rugs looked like they had not been vacuumed in a long time, and overall cleanliness was poor. To make matters worse, there was a leak coming from the ceiling in my room. I called the front desk, and two staff members came to look at it and said they would check on the issue and come back, but nobody ever returned or followed up. The pool area was also disgusting and clearly not well maintained. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Arrival and checking went flawless. Very little was lost in translation with front desk and staff. The young lady that was taking care of breakfast was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good and had a variety of selections. Parking went flawless and I felt very safe on the property. Just 1 little thing. The side door was always kept open didn't need key to access side door. Other than that thr stay was definitely worth the price."
