"Lovely location for a quiet stay. The staff were very welcoming and room clean and very comfortable. We had dinner and the food was excellent - sauces so tasty and the fish wonderfully fresh. Handy location for jumping onto the NE railways trail nearby and also for various local attractions."

"The stay at Aden house was fantastic! The owner Martin was very friendly and helpful, giving us advice about the area and sights to see as well as places to eat. The en-suite appears to be a converted closet and while not the roomiest of commodes, grants excellent privacy and sufficient facilities. The area is lovely and the breakfast we were served included the Best full Scottish breakfast we had in the two weeks we've visited Scotland. Amazingly friendly and personable hosts! Highly recommend!"

"I really enjoyed my stay, lovely large room, beautiful views of the golf course and sea. They were very welcoming, I could have had a wee dram on arrival, at reception, but I don’t drink whisky, but a lovely touch. Really nice fresh cooked breakfast and friendly people. I’ll go again."
