"Although a slightly older property and still rebuilding from the ‘17 hurricanes (the bar/restaurant is schedule to reopen in about a month), Fort Recovery is well appointed, clean, quiet, minutes from restaurants and amenities, and a beautiful place to unwind. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen has all the basics for cooking in. The pool and beach are small, but lovely with good snorkeling right off the beach. The quality of service is second to none I have experienced, the food is Michelin star quality and the rooms and decor is impressive. The owners have done an amazing job at operating this resort.
