"All staff members were friendly and polite and professional. The room was very clean. A courtesy bottle of Chardonnay was appreciated too. Check in and out was a breeze. The workout room was clean and just enough for a semi decent light exercise. "

"A fantastic property and stay. I would certainly return. A beautiful setting. To ensure that it is a true 5 star, there were a few improvements. A couple of my towels in the room were slightly marked, prices / room service charges could have been more transparent. I would also expect a broader range of snacks / food for the menus. This was fairly limited but al good quality. Breakfast was good, the coffee options were poor though unless you paid extra for barista made coffees, this didn’t feel great. Some of the breakfast options seemed quite bizarre and were clearly not in demand. More avocado / eggs options would be good. They could also diversify from just omelettes to pancakes too. Slight grumbles but not a full 5 stars based on expectations and experiences elsewhere. A stunning property and location, staff were very friendly. Would return. "
