"Second stay within a week. Everything is well maintained, with knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient for One Utama shopping centre."

"Generally, every aspects are in order. The only comment is the air conditioning on the CC level, which is also the hotel lobby, is either not working well or the temperature is always set at a level that you cannot help but to perspire. Perhaps the hotel would like to consider setting the temperature for hotel guests to wait for their pick up without perspiring through their clothing."

"Just a piece for useful advice if you wish to book this hotel. The breakfast area is not within the hotel vicinity. It is located somewhere else and you have to walk. If you decided to come down for breakfast in shorts and hotel slippers, you will be walking by a ton of people. I ended up missing two days of breakfast and buy instant food from the convenience store (family mart) right beside the hotel lobby. I did not manage to locate the breakfast location."

"This is the best hotel you can stay at in KL. There is so much to do just in the hotel. A child friendly place with many children activities. The breakfast buffet is amazing there is so much to choose from. The food is fresh and real food is offered. The only thing I didn’t like is the house keeping , the room attendants didn’t clean the rooms properly. The laundry service is also very expensive. I paid 426 MYR for abit of laundry. I used the laundry 24 hour service across the road from the hotel and it was only 60 MYR"

"Somerset Damansara Uptown has and will always be my ‘home away from home’. The location next to Starling Mall, the smooth check in process, the spacious and clean interior with kitchenette and efficient check out will always be my go to apartment hotel whenever I visit PJ. Kudos to Ms Siti for be accommodating in my room request."
