"Caveat: "We stayed in a room which hasn't yet been updated, so the other rooms might be better" The "AC" was atrocious, we had our 1 year old with us and we all struggled through the night in a sweltering room. There was no way (that worked) to control it so we assumed it was controlled centrally. The room was a good size but dated. The curtains let in too much light. "The check in was absolutely a nightmare. The company is suppose to send you an email, that does not get to your inbox (or SPAM box) apparently because a known issue to management. Then, once you get the various codes and try to decipher them, the main code to open the box with key inside does not work! I saw at least 3 other travelers (families, couples) struggling downstairs with the code/key. This experience in and of itself already makes the experience unpleasant. "

The apartment also needed a more detailed cleaning; for example, there were crumbs under the sofa cover. Additionally, the directions were not clear enough, making it hard to locate.
