Then, once you get the various codes and try to decipher them, the main code to open the box with key inside does not work! I saw at least 3 other travelers (families, couples) struggling downstairs with the code/key. This experience in and of itself already makes the experience unpleasant. "

The apartment also needed a more detailed cleaning; for example, there were crumbs under the sofa cover. Additionally, the directions were not clear enough, making it hard to locate.
