Perfect for a long weekend near Leavenworth

We came to the area to lay my grandmother to rest and it was very nice to know we wouldn’t need to eat out every meal like with a hotel. Coming back to the home after the services and being able to relax in the lovely peaceful environment-both indoor and out-was just what my family needed for the long weekend.

Great spot for a quick weekend getaway of time in Leavenworth and snowboarding at Mission Ridge. House felt spacious for the 6 of us.

Cozy and clean!

We stayed at your place with close friends for my husband and our daughters birthday. . Everything was clean and cozy. We used the grill, watched a movie, went on a hike and fishing and slept in the comfy beds.

Annual Family Holiday Trip

Our whole family had a great time and there was a lot of snow! Directions were very easy and we were only about 15 to 20 minutes from downtown Leavenworth. The place could use a few little touches but pretty much has everything you could possibly need.. We will definitely be back!

The house was comfortable, roomy and had the amenities you need to have a comfortable stay. It would be good to update Ed a few things like the bedding . Beds were comfortable, location convenient.

We had a really good time at the Huckleberry Cabin.

It was very cozy. My kids had a great time playing in the snow. They had plenty of games to play and a roku so you could stream your tv shows. They had a fully stocked kitchen of dishes so you had everything you need to cook all your meals. It was a nice little getaway.

Peshastin cabin

This cabin is a clean but dated property in a nice neighborhood off the Blewett pass hwy. It's layout was comfortable for my friends and I am grateful they were accommodating of my dog.

It was a nice place to stay BUT the code on the key lock box DID NOT WORK!! Had to call the agent but it took several tries due to bad cell phone reception in the area.

Family get away

Place was a ways from towns but had enough around for us to do, short hikes wonderful bakery in Cashmere. The house was comfortable, kitchen well supplied with dishes and cooking things. Just wish there had been a 7th chair as there were 7 people staying there. Pond was not great for swimming but floating on tubes was fun. We had a great time just being together as a family. Would go again.

Beautiful serene gett

It’s a peaceful property. I loved the surrounding area. We enjoyed the stay. This location will be even more beautiful in the summer time when the pond can be seen . This was my first time booking with Vrbo so there was a little confusion at the beginning. The host was very helpful and helped me checked in. I thank you Ron and the property management for putting up with me.

Not far from Leavenworth, although the property was thoroughly clean and sanitized it was a bit dated. If this doesn’t bother you, than it’s a great option!

Winter 2021

We stayed here January 2021 with our two kids. The home has a fully stocked kitchen, it was cozy and clean. We had fun in the snow and sliding down the hills just in the back of the property. It is about 15 minutes to downtown Leavenworth and across the street from a very nice coffee bar (97 Rockhouse) they also serve food. The home is outdated and is like staying at Grandma's and we would book again!

The property definitely felt homey. It fit our family needs. Some of the pans and pots weren’t as clean as I would have expected them to be; yet they were old and outdated. The beds/linens were clean. The pond was not swimable during our time due to what seemed like algae. Entrance into the property was extremely easy.

Quiet neighborhood

The area was quiet and we enjoyed our mornings with a cup of coffee on the swing watching birds catch bugs on the pond. The rental was clean and well stocked. The refrigerator froze all our food and the outdoor garbage can was full to the top so we could not dispose of our garbage. There was no tenant checklist to be found so we could not read , sign and return as instructed. Overall, we had an enjoyable time.

Overall it was okay. It was clean and a place to stay. I wish there was a little more décor to make it feel more vacation-y. It felt like staying at grandma's house. Yes there is a pond but you cant fish it and it looks somewhat secluded when it really isn't. It is in the middle of a neighborhood and we had people walking through the property early in the morning to get to the pond. Neighbors on each side within a stones throw. Oh and the AC hardly worked. Just didn't feel like it was worth what we paid.

Quiet place to stay, but cold

We turned the heat up and the electric fake fire that is a heater. It took several hours to warm up enough for comfort. Then, the next night we had to do it again. But there were plenty of blankets! Also, the lighting is bad in the tv area. Only 1 lamp and no overhead lighting. Very dark. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the master bathroom has great mirrors/vanity! I just wish there were electric blankets or something. Overall a nice stay just crank up the heat when you get there in winter!
