"Was a great place to stay! "

"We stayed in a family of 5 room. The room was fine everyone had beds but there was not enough hot water for the 5 of us to take a shower all in one night. So plan accordingly with that. It was a 5 min walk from our building to the tower. "

"I stayed here 38 years ago, and this was a nostalgia stop over. Breakfast was good, but restaurant menu limited. It didn't seem to have changed much. Room was good, but not memorable."

"The staff were excellent especially Veronica at the reception who was super helpful as well as the lady at the breakfast who was also very helpful and understanding. Would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"We were at the front of the hotel - it is very close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa and the Duomo. Couldn’t be in a better place. Roberto the barman was great fun and good cocktails. "

"Lovely old 3-star property right outside the wall. Clean in all areas. Super friendly staff from Front Desk to breakfast to room maids. Great self-serve breakfast and a variety of teas and cookies in the hallways for guests to serve themselves. The room had all the amenities you need. Hotel is near the rail station, but I never heard a train. Some reviews talk about folks hanging around the train station which I did not encounter and I felt safe at all times."
