"I stayed in the attic room. The ceiling is very steep, have to be careful. Lucky im short! The skylight is a great addition for natural light. Room air con worked well and room was lovely and cold (keep blind on skylight mainly closed during day when out). Bed was comfy and pillows soft. Pool was a lovely facility to relax next to with heaps of loungers. Short walk to the lakeside swimming spots and supermarket. Only downside was noise from neighbouring room or lift. But i did sleep through it once asleep. Would visit again. Staff were welcoming and breakfast outside next to pool was relaxing. Busy tourist season at the lake."

"This was a lovely hotel. It is right at the train station. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room had black out curtains which was great. It is close to town and easily walkable. There’s a free bus to Gardaland which leaves right outside the hotel at the station. A lovely place to base ourselves and I would recommend this."

"The hotel was in a very convenient location...boat trips and bike hire available just outside the door. 10 minutes walk to train station and to the old walled town. Very clean room and helpful friendly staff. Our room was a generous size and had a lovely view across to the lake. The shower cubicle was a bit on the small side, the shower thermostat was a bit hit and miss so the temperature control was variable and also the sink could only be used with the tap running as the plug didn't have a working pop up mechanism. The pool area was clean and tidy with plenty of loungers and with access to an outside bar. The rooftop restaurant (Wednesday and Saturday) was a great experience and a perfect place to watch the sunset. Breakfast was OK but not as much choice as in other 3☆ Hotels we have stayed in. Evening meal was very good. The only real spoiler was the fairly repetitive roar of high spec cars going up and down the road from breakfast through to evening. However we were told as we were leaving, that there was a special car event that week along the promenade and normally it is a lot quieter. Still enjoyed our stay though."
