"Great location, 10 minutes walk to Duomo, all the shops and restaurants. Metro around the corner, many shops and restaurant even closer to the hotel than those around the Duomo. Clean and updated room but a bit smaller, great air conditioning. We had a bit problem with clogged sink and the locked bathroom door while my daughter panicking inside, but thankfully the maintenance showed up in few minutes and fixed the problems. The best part of this hotel was its restaurant on the 13th floor where they were serving breakfast. A breathtaking view of the city with great breakfast and the hostess who made any coffee drinks that you would ask."

"Close to the station. The building is next to the Hyatt and the entrance to the building was weird. We walked through the shared parking lot to get to the building. Maybe we just did not know other ways. The building is old but rooms are nicely renovated and spacious. AC works. The ceiling lights did not work, but it was too late to call someone. There was some error made on my booking but it was taken care of quickly by the front desk staff. The breakfast was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. good for one night stay before our flight out of Milan."

"Hotel was centrally located and walkable to many sights. Staff very courteous- thank you Remo for good restaurant recommendation. Room spacious, especially bathroom and very well appointed. Quiet even though facing busy street. Roof top bar spectacular. Small issues: hangars didn’t work! And no iron in room."
