Ganz wunderbar

Wir wurden nach eine langen Anreise sehr herzlich begrüßt und im Ort abgeholt und zur Villa la Piana gelotst. Wir haben unsere Zeit in der Villa la Piana sehr genossen. Der wunderbare Garten war für uns und unseren Hund eine Oase der Entspannung. Man kann von der Villa la Piana aus in weinigen Minuten zu unzähligen Stränden fahren, Peschici und andere Orte besichtigen oder den Gargano erkunden. Die August-Temperaturen waren für uns zunächst eine Herausforderung, aber wir haben uns schnell daran gewöhnt und den Garten um die Villa la Piana genossen, da es durch das Grün der schönen Palmen und Olivenbäume immer ein paar Grad kühler war. Es rentiert sich, die Villa la Piana direkt zu googeln und den Besitzer zu kontaktieren. Wir kommen gerne wieder, es gibt noch so viel zu erkunden.

Soggiorno a Peschici villa La Piana

Ho soggiornato a Villa La Piana , Peschici, x una settimana. Ho molto apprezzato la disponibilità e la gentilezza di Matteo, il proprietario, e dei suoi genitori. La casa era pulitissima, immersa in un giardino di ulivi, palme e oleandri, un luogo tranquillo appena fuori l' abitato e la baia di Peschici, fornito di parcheggio interno . La residenza ideale per chi vuole conoscere questo magnifico angolo di Puglia evitando la confusione e i disagi del centro città, in pieno relax. Da consigliare a tutti , specialmente a famiglie con bambini

Casa accogliente e dotata di tutto, ottima.

È il secondo anno che veniamo in questa struttura . Il posto è bellissimo, immerso nel verde, il proprietario Matteo con i suoi familiari molto disponibili e cordiali . Un luogo sicuramente dove trascorrere le ferie in maniera rilassante e teanquille.

Perfetto!

Ho soggiornato presso Villa lapiana per una settimana in un bilocale. Tutto tenuto molto bene e pulito. Il giardino, la veranda e la tranquillità uniti alla calda accoglienza familiare dei proprietari hanno fatto sì che fosse un'ottima vacanza. Giardino graditissimo anche al mio peloso che andava matto per questa sistemazione.

Proprietario gentile e disponibile, i locali sono pulitissimi e la cosa fantastica è che c'è un orto a disposizione dei clienti dove poter raccogliere di tutto.

Pulita, perfetta per il tipo di soggiorno fatto

Pulizia, gentilezza e cortesia sono le parole d'ordine in questo contesto stupendo. Tornati dalle giornate di mare potete fermarvi per chiedere verdura fresca raccolta davanti a voi nell'orto. In vendita a prezzi davvero onesti trovate anche olio, marmellate, liquori di vario tipo tutti prodotti direttamente dai proprietari. Che dire consigliato vivamente!

La mia casa di Peschici

Villa La Piana la considero come la mia casa di Peschici. Accogliente dove si respira un'aria familiare. La struttura è immersa nel verde. Tutto molto curato. Noi eravamo in due più il nostro amato cane. Perchè qui anche i cani sono i benvenuti. Non si può chiedere di meglio. Stra consigliata!

Un vrai coin de paradis

Les appartements sont à l'écart du bruit, à quelques minutes du centre historique et des plages magnifiques (notamment Sfinale). Les propriétaires Rocco, Mara et Matteo nous ont accueilli comme si nous étions des membres de leur famille ! Le centre historique, les grottes du Gargano et les Iles Tremiti sont des joyaux à voir absolument ! Les produits locaux nous sont proposées tous les jeudis soir par les propriétaires autour d'une dégustation qui est un moment unique de découverte et de partage. C'est déjà la deuxième fois que nous passons des vacances en famille chez Matteo et nous comptons bien y retourner encore !

Una settimana indimenticabile

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento in paese e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La casa è pulita ,anche se piccola ha tutto il necessario . E circondata da ulivi ed ha una bella vista sul mare. La macchina si parcheggia di fronte a casa. A piedi si raggiunge il centro di Peschici che è molto bello e caratteristico oltre che pieno di vita e locali . Ogni giorno con la macchina ci si spostava per visitare una spiaggia diversa ed è stato bellissimo. La famiglia è ospitale e simpatica ed è molto disponibile Una vacanza da ripetere!

Pechici da gustare

Bellissima esperienza, abbiamo trascorso due settimane fantastiche nel Gargano. Struttura molto organizzata, pulita e curata nei minimi dettagli. I proprietari della casa vacanza sono molto ospitali e cordiali, un'ottima ed allegra compagnia. Da non perdere le serate con degustazione dei prodotti tipici della zona. Da provare

appartamenti essenziali puliti ed ordinati

Soggiorniamo a villa la piana in agosto e ne rimaniamo subito incantati, appartamenti circondati dal verde , molta quiete. I proprietari sono persone veramente gentili e disponibili pronti a soddisfare le nostre richieste, il piccolo appartamento e' essenziale pulito ed ordinato., l'unica mancanza forse un climatizzatore per alleviare dal caldo ma e' andato bene pure il ventilatore.Il nostro soggiorno e' stato veramente rilassante grazie Matteo e grazie Rocco siete veramente persone squisite.

Speriamo di tornare l'anno prossimo!

Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana a Peschici, siamo stati ospiti di villa la Piana, dove abbiamo trovato persone squisite. Grazie infinite a Rocco, sempre presente e disponibile, e a Matteo, gentilissimo e pronto a risolvere qualsiasi esigenza. Gli appartamenti sono essenziali e spartani ma forniti di tutto l'essenziale. La pulizia che abbiamo trovato, sia in casa che nel giardino, è stata impeccabile. Producono anche un ottimo olio e buonissime marmellate. Unico consiglio: mettete una mensola nella doccia e qualche appendino fisso per gli asciugamani (c'erano quelli a ventose che si staccavano ogni tre per due 😂) Per il resto tutto assolutamente da 5 stelle!

2 semaines inoubliables

Nous avons passé 2 semaines fantastiques à Villa La Piana à Peschici. Le propriétaire Mattéo et ses parents se mettent en quatre pour que vous ne manquiez de rien. Rocco fait profiter des légumes de son jardin et assure la gestion du barbecue. Mara fait profiter de sa pâtisserie tous les jeudis soir. L'appartement est impeccable. Beaucoup de jolies balades à faire dans le Gargano (Iles Trémiti, Monte San Angelo, San Giovanni Rotondo). Les plages sont très belles, même si comme beaucoup d'endroits en Italie, la plupart des emplacements sont privatisés par les hôtels et les restaurants en bord de mer! Une adresse qu'on recommande grandement et où on retournera!

Una settimana di vacanza veramente piacevole, ambiente tranquillo e accogliente. Le foto non rendono merito alla vera bellezza del luogo. La gentilezza e la disponibilità di papà Rocco che cura con sapienza e amore l'orto e il frutteto mettendoli a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti; le squisite marmellate e i dolci di mamma Mara, i preziosi consigli di Matteo fanno di Villa La Piana un luogo veramente unico e speciale. vacanza a Peschici

ho soggiornato per una settimana, in un monolocale in paese, l'appartamento è pulitissimo e con ottima dotazione, i proprietari sono stati gentilissimi. ci siamo recati nell'altra loro struttura Villa la Piana per una serata a base di dolci, frutta e liquori tipici offerta a tutti gli ospiti, un posto stupendo. siamo ripartiti con desiderio di ritornare.

Albergo molto bello, pulito e ben attrezzata

Un caloroso benvenuto e l'attenzione di tutta la famiglia. Anche se consigliato da Matteo, siamo stati in grado di scoprire il Gargano con un tour di terra, ma anche in riva al mare con un viaggio escursione in barca lungo la meravigliosa costa. Suo padre ha mantenuto il SUO giardino con il suo cuore. Inoltre, chi ha viziati con verdure e frutta. Le strutture della casa e la proprità sono molto soddisfacenti. Grazia a tutta la famiglia.

Vacanze speciali

Abbiamo trascorso 15 giorni bellissimi questa struttura e immersa nel verde, dove bambini giocano in totale libertà e sicurezza. Ottimo benvenuto sul Gargano

La prima volta sul Gargano non poteva essere più accogliente. E' stato per me, mio marito e il nostro amato quattrozampe Lampo, un'esperienza fantastica e allo stesso tempo un ritrovarsi a casa per il livello di familiarità che si era creato. Matteo e i suoi genitori, Mara e Rocco ci hanno coccolati con i loro prodotti dell'orto (frutta, verdura e le immancabili marmellate!), le serate di degustazione, la totale disponibilità e amabilità. Il monolocale seppur nelle sue dimensioni rispetto al bilo era accessoriato con all'esterno una graziosissima veranda che abbiamo sfruttato a pieno. Anche con i vicini che si sono susseguiti e i nuovi amici conosciuti a Villa La Piana si è creata sempre molta sintonia. Davvero come stare in famiglia! Lampo era diventata la mascotte della struttura. Tutti i bambini lo cercavano e si è divertito un mondo. Poi non appena Rocco lo chiamava..via a giocare con la palla. Non posso che consigliare a chi vorrà visitare il Gargano di soggiornare qui. A presto!

Ricordi di una breve vacanza

Sono tornata a Peschici nella residenza di Case Vacanze gestita da Matteo e dalla sua famiglia a distanza di anni. Ho trovato la stessa disponibilità, attenzione e gentilezza nell'accogliere i clienti in un contesto caratterizzato da un'atmosfera familiare. La pulizia dell'abitazione è assicurata. Ottima la posizione, per raggiungere località da visitare come Peschici o Vieste e spiagge tra le più belle del Gargano. Vicino il porto per un'indimenticabile escursione alle isole Tremiti. Abbiamo trovato il contesto abitativo ideale anche per rilassarsi, immersi in una splendida vegetazione mediterranea. Molto piacevole è stata poi la serata che ci hanno offerto, tutta a base di squisiti prodotti tipici, fatti in casa. Un posto da consigliare assolutamente, soprattutto alle famiglie per la presenza anche di giochi e bici in dotazione. Un posto dove tornare!
