La Villetta Leccino – First Floor is a bright and compact apartment set in the countryside on the border between Romagna and Marche. Surrounded by olive groves, it offers a peaceful stay with open views and relaxing outdoor moments, just a short distance from the sea and coastal towns.



THE SPACE

The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-unit villa and can accommodate up to 5 guests, with the possibility of adding a cot for children aged 0–2 years.



The home includes a fully equipped kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom.



The living room with Smart TV is a cosy and functional space designed for relaxing and spending time together after days at the beach, in nature, or exploring nearby villages.



The kitchen is spacious and convivial, with a large dining table and complete equipment: induction hob, oven, fridge, kitchenware, crockery, and a coffee machine.



The bedrooms include one double room and one double room with an additional single bed, ideal for families or small groups, offering comfortable and well-organised spaces.



The bathroom is practical and well-kept, designed to ensure comfort throughout the stay.



Outside, the unfenced gazebo is a dedicated space for relaxation and outdoor living, perfect for reading, sunbathing, or dining al fresco. At sunset, views of Monte Catria, Monte Nerone, and Monte Carpegna create a particularly scenic atmosphere.



ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Katia and the Yohome team personally welcome guests and are always available for assistance and local recommendations, such as pasta-making classes, sailing trips, and wine tastings.



In October, guests may take part in the olive harvest and olive oil production, experiencing an authentic tradition of rural Italy.



Pets are welcome; guests are kindly asked to take care of everything needed for their stay, with a supplement applying.



Air conditioning is available on request for an additional fee.



Smoking is not allowed inside the property.



THE AREA

The property is located in a hilly area, in a strategic position between the sea and historic villages. Gabicce, Cattolica, and Pesaro are just a short drive away.



Nearby is Gradara with its medieval castle, while Monte San Bartolo Natural Park offers scenic trails and characteristic villages such as Fiorenzuola di Focara and Castel di Mezzo.



GETTING AROUND

The nearby A14 motorway makes it easy to travel by car along the coast and inland areas, with a car being the most convenient way to explore freely.



Taxi and private transfer services are available to reach train stations and airports.



The nearest train stations are Pesaro and Cattolica, while the main airports are Rimini, Ancona, and Bologna, all easily accessible.
