Here you live on the outskirts of Pesaro, in a beautiful semi-detached house. It is located in a beautiful panoramic position overlooking the valley with views of green hills and well-kept. Outside a large porch with table and chairs overlooking a large courtyard, playground, surrounded by trees. At the back of the house is a convenient parking on the edge of a cool forest. Pesaro is a renowned resort overlooking the Adriatic Sea, home to various events and shows during the summer season, which offers a rich historical center, over seven kilometers of free and equipped beaches; It therefore presents itself as an ideal place for lovers of the sea and nature, thanks to the unspoiled environment of the Park of Monte San Bartolo. The part of the house, with two independent entrances, is distributed over several floors.
