"Good hotel with excellent,friendly and very helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Language wasn`t too much of a problem (as we`re not good at Italian) some of the staff spoke English. We will go back to this hotel again.Many thanks to all the staff for their efficiency."

"Everything was Good regarding the hotel and its staff, however serveral guests didnt care about the masks nor the social distancing. This was especially seen during breakfast, where people did neither. I hope the staff will be stricter against these kind of guests."

"We loved this hotel. We rented a Junior Suite which was basically a one bedroom apartment with a spacious combined living/dining room. The bathroom was also very spacious. While there, we took full advantage of the in house laundry room. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Our only problem was with the housekeeping staff on a Sunday who never came to our room. Luckily we found the duty manager who was cleaning rooms on another floor who was very nice and gave us towels. This property is very close to the historic old town and main sites and museums. There are ample good restaurants in the area as well as market with one being ten steps away from the main entrance. "
