"The 'muchachos' were very helpful and responsive to requests. They speak both English and Spanish. They organised taxis as needed, were very flexible to time of serving meals, and provided advice to seeing the sights. Rooms were clean the the place felt very comfortable and welcoming. The views of Puno and the lake were spectacular and you can walk on the property to see amazing views to the north and east. Wonderful for photography. "The dinner was amazing.. the chef Lapolo came out to introduce his self and ask us if everything was up to our desire.. the waiter Fabrisio and the bartender were really good. The place was incredible.. my room was beautifull..easy to check in.. "

"La ubicación es 10 puntos. La suite me gustó mucho. Podrian evaluar tener aire acondicionado más adelante. El restaurante bien decorado y buena vista. Solo recomendaria tener más opciones en el restaurante. Fui con mi familia a tomar lonche y solo habian 2 o 3 piqueos. Además, sería bueno ver al personal identificado, con uniforme, por un tema de estandares. Fuera de eso, todo muy bien. Lo recomiendo 100%."
