"I had very bad experience with the check inn, I have been allotted a downgraded room and they did not even bother to apologise. I demanded a compensation but they thought iam begging, so sad. "There were lots of mosquitos in the room and we literally had to request for a coil. Geysers did not work n every morning we had to request hot water in a bucket n needless to tell that it takes a min of 20 to 30 mins. Food was good in the restaurant but had a very limited options. It was definitely not worth the money I spent."

The room lacked finishing touches like colourful cushions as shown in the lobby photo which left a very austere atmosphere in the room. It was comfortable enough.
