Great rooms in a very central location. Clean and simple. Easy to get to and close to all the sights of Perugia. Nice and friendly staff. Good communication; nice and friendly staff. I’d consider staying here again.

So So Stay

Upon arrival and making it into the building, we were faced with 3 rooms. We had no idea which room was ours and none of our emails from SCP indicated the name of our room. We had to write and wait for info. We were in the Lorenzo room which was down a dreaded, tight spiral staircase. The room was basically clean if you overlooked the dead bugs along the window sill in the bathroom. Warning: no fridge in the room so good luck keeping your vodka cold. And when attempting to open the outside entry gate we had to jiggle the key numerous times until it finally clicked and opened. A one-time stay for us.

Nessuno ad accogliere/checkin. Struttura non facilmente accessibile. Camera praticamente in uno scantinando (mi domando come passare dalla scala a chiocciola con delle valige). Manutenzione arredo e bagno inestistente (piatto doccia bucato, scaldasalviette scrostato/arrugginiti/pezzi staccati del bagno e muffa, phon malfunzionante, cassetti divelti dalla cassettiera). Camera da letto non finestrata, se non nella parte antistante (separata da un arco). Non è scritto per cattiveria, ma dispiace dover lavorare e spendere soldi quando di ritorno questo è quello che viene offerto.

La camera è fornita di tutti i servizi necessari, è pulita e spaziosa, è luminosa, ma purtroppo poco silenziosa. Le travi a vista e la vasca la rendono speciale. La posizione è ottima, in pieno centro, raggiungibile velocemente dalle scale mobili.

Delusi dalla camera. La struttura credo disponga di poche camere, forse solo quattro e quella assegnataci era alquanto scarna. Ottima la posizione, ma proprio per la camera assegnataci non idoneo il rapporto con il prezzo. Buona la pulizia e gentile lo staff.
