Our family enjoyed our stay at this charming apartment, very close to the center of town. Claudia was a responsive and helpful host, and the place was clean and well-equipped, with comfortable beds. We also liked the cozy decor and pictures from around the world.

Perfect place in the centre of perugia. Claudia is very welcoming and easy to contact. The only miss is that the private toilet is separated to the room

Groot verblijf in het centrum van Perugia. Goede communicatie en ontvangst, Claudia is erg behulpzaam. Het is een oud gebouw, dus het is niet te vergelijken met moderne verblijven. Geluid buiten hoor je goed, binnen ook voornamelijk van de oude deuren. Badkamer echt aan vervanging toe. Bedden daarentegen sliepen erg fijn. Voor de prijs eigenlijk wat je er van zou mogen verwachten. Voor deze lage prijs vind je namelijk echt geen andere accomodatie! Voor onze 3 nachten citytrip daarom prima. De plaats Arezzo is ook zeker aan te raden (hebben wij met de trein gedaan).

Perfect Italian stay

Fantastic stay, cant think why I would stay anywhere else if returning to Perugia. Positives: - Claudia was a fantastic host, helping me with travel arrangements both before and during our stay, and was on hand (she lives upstairs!) to help or fix anything that needed it, straight away. - Was in a super beautiful area, full of art, character, and nice bars and restaurants and such a short walk to the main piazza. Having explored the whole of Perugia, this really was the perfect location. - Actual apartment was so lovely, great amount of space, lots of character, good shower pressure and heating, very well equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, washing machine etc.). Lots of blankets, spare pillows, hot water bottle meant it felt very cosy (we visited in February), and felt like a home from home! Negatives: - Every night I was woken up by people loudly walking past outside between 12 and 3am (my window overlooked the street). This was several times. But, I guess that's part of being in the centre of everything!

オーナーのクラウディアさんはとても親切でAssisiからのバスの時刻を事前に調べてくれました。質問事項にもメールですぐに対応してくれます。 アンティークの家具や壁に描かれた絵がとても可愛く、イタリアならではの生活様式が体験できます。近くに素敵なレストランもあり、地元の方と楽しく過ごせました。また行く際は必ず利用します。
