Well located, comfortable room.

Good location at the southern end of town, very close to the bus and mini-metro stations. Minimal knowledge of Italian helpful, as reception didn’t speak otherwise. Considerable traffic noise, especially on market mornings, but clean & comfortable room. Would stay again.

The hotel is conveniently located in Piazza dela Circo, a short walk from the bus stop at Piazza dei Partigiani. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. A good continental breakfast is provided at a nearby cafe. The hotel management is friendly and attentive. A few steps from the hotel there is an entrance to the municipal escalator that provides easy access to the Centro Storico. I am happy to recommend this hotel.

Rundown

There was no one available during check in hours. The room lock did not work. Half the room lights were missing bulbs. The plug sockets were so worn out that plugs would fall out. All in all a very rundown place that is clearly getting no effort.

Ciao! Fate attenzione al parcheggio, assicuratevi di chiedere prima in reception se hanno convenzioni di parcheggi a pagamento vicini. Molto difficile da raggiungeee in macchina, io l’ho addirittura ammaccata. Inoltre lo sciacquone del bagno va alimentato. in acqua, cioè che c’è una leva da girare per fare entrare acqua e poter tirare lo scarico

Very quiet with exception some loud motorcycles in the street nearby. Oyamado, the care-taker is a very helpful and kind man. Massimo, the owner and Oyamado do a very good job keeping the place in order. The escalator to the Main Street leading to San Lorenzo and restaurants are just 10 seconds away from the Hotel. Very convenient, and close to Perugia Train Station as well. One downside is that there is no elevator, the but the steps are not too many.

Abbastanza adeguato al prezzo pagato. La posizione è la nota positiva di questa struttura, centralissimo e vicino ad un parcheggio. Le camere carine, un pò fredde. Il servizio lento, nonostante il receptionist sia molto gentile, ma avevano perso i nostri documenti d'identità che avevano trattenuto per la registrazione facendoci perdere più di 1 h.

Very friendly and extremely helpful

Nice, basic hotel near the historic centre of Perugia. Mr. Oyamada is very friendly and extremely helpful with loads of local information. Italian breakfast at the cafe 30 seconds around the corner and about a 5 minute walk from the Mini Metro station. Entrance to the old town is across the street. Fruit & veg stall in front of hotel a couple of days a week. Friendly hotel cat that doesn't seem to move from its place in the front hall.

バスターミナルから近く市内へのエスカレータ乗り場も近い、周辺は静かな場所。 朝食は近くのバルで提供。パンとカプチーノ、ヨーグルトでした。 親切なスタッフと清掃の行き届いた広い部屋、価格的にはおすすめです。

Impeccabile!

È stato un soggiorno a dir poco rilassante, il più bello di sempre, davvero. Sono stata col mio fidanzato una notte e, stremati dalla mattinata a camminare su e giù per Perugia, ci siamo ritrovati una camera matrimoniale a cui si sarebbero potute dare più di 4 stelle. Tutti comfort e gli accessori che non avremmo mai immaginato di trovare in un albergo a 2 stelle (set bagno, set tisaneria, letto e cuscini in memory, tv perfettamente funzionante,...). Riguardo la colazione siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti e nell'accoglierci c'è stata una signora molto gentile. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo, ancora grazie al direttore e i suoi collaboratori per la vostra spettacolare disponibilità e super gentilezza e semplicità!

L'hotel si trova in una posizione molto comoda per raggiungere il centro della città e offre una convenzione con uno dei parcheggi principali. La mia camera aveva un arredamento vecchio e un po' raffazzonato. Bagno datato. La colazione viene servita in un bar vicino alla struttura, ed è pertanto limitata.

It was a great experience for me and my girlfriend, amazing staff and great sights from the second story. Amazing hotel for the price would recommend 10 times over!!
