Our family spent 15 months lovingly transforming this home into a magical Vermont getaway where we could gather, laugh, and make lasting memories, and now we’re thrilled to share it with you! The Overlook combines classic Vermont charm with modern comfort, offering an ideal setting for families and groups to relax and reconnect. The main level is designed for easy, single-floor living and includes a beautiful master suite with a private bath and sweeping mountain views, a cozy bear-themed bunk room that kids adore, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances perfect for cooking and entertaining. At the heart of the home is a stunning dining area featuring a 13.5-foot single-slab American walnut table, handcrafted for family meals and memorable gatherings. The spacious living room invites you to unwind by the large custom stone fireplace with its glass-door wood-burning stove, where you can watch the fire dance as you take in the panoramic mountain scenery through floor-to-ceiling windows. The laundry room is conveniently located on the same level, making this floor completely stair-free. We also have a 2nd master suite with king bed located in the loft off of the main level. The lower level is perfect for larger family groups and includes four additional bedrooms—two of which feature private en-suite bathrooms—providing plenty of comfort and privacy for guests. You’ll also find a large game room with a pool table, foosball, and a great selection of family games, along with a spacious bunk room offering four full beds, ideal for kids, cousins, or late-night movie marathons. Step outside and experience Vermont’s natural beauty on the expansive deck overlooking the mountains and valleys, or head down to the new patio area where you’ll find a fire pit with southern mountain views, a BBQ area, and a private hot tub perfect for relaxing under the stars. A custom “Overlook” cornhole game adds a touch of friendly fun to the outdoor experience. Located just minutes from the shops, restaurants, and outdoor adventures of Manchester, with easy access to Bromley, Stratton Mountain, Magic, Okemo and the Equinox Preserve, The Overlook offers something special in every season—whether you’re skiing, hiking, leaf-peeping, or simply soaking up the views.
