Stay was good, bed was comfortable. Air con was not very strong and found the room too warm even when trying to adjust the temperature. Pool was nice.

The first room offered smelled of smoke. Drains in the shower and sink were slow to remove water. The wall next to the toilet was stained, very nasty. TV remote control was quite dirty. The advertised and promoted restaurant was closed to serve a private party. Breakfast staff were self involved with moving furniture after the “tour buses” left. Coffee machines were empty of milk and coffee powder. Staff offered no greeting or concern for our well being. The room was quiet and AC worked properly.

Simple, affordable stay

The hotel is simple but gets the job done. Parking is easy. Wifi is strong. 3 important flags: 1- Biggest downside for us was that you could not control the room temperature from the room, so we were hot for sleeping (our trip was in July) 2- the gym is bare bones and has no AC. It was so hot in there we could only get a quick workout in. 3- Location is in the middle of nowhere, and it’s not nice to walk around - only stay here if you have a specific reason or will be out and about with a car literally all day.

Séjour globalement correct, mais une expérience très contrastée au niveau de l’accueil. Le samedi après-midi, la personne à la réception a été absolument excellente : professionnelle, accueillante et très agréable. En revanche, le dimanche matin, l’expérience a été tout à fait différente. Nous sommes descendus déjeuner à 10h et une femme est venue nous interpeller de manière agressive pour nous dire que le petit-déjeuner était terminé. Pourtant, plusieurs personnes étaient encore en train de se servir et, surtout, les horaires indiqués (6h30–10h30) étaient clairement affichés sur le site. Je me suis empressé de le lui montrer. Il est regrettable d’être confronté à ce type de comportement, d’autant plus pendant une période de vacances où l’on s’attend à un minimum de convivialité. Heureusement, un monsieur très aimable est intervenu et nous a permis de prendre notre petit-déjeuner, d’autant plus que tout était encore en placé c’est la première fois que cela nous arrive, ce qui rend cette expérience d’autant plus surprenante.
