"Charming, engaging, and welcoming hosts. Comfortable beds and lounge areas in basement room. Good natural light with windows and view of front garden. En suite bathroom with hot shower with good pressure. Yummy breakfast with fruit, eggs, homemade bread, juice, coffee. In case mobility is a consideration, there are a few stairs down to room and some stairs up to breakfast area. Will be delighted to stay again and will recommend to friends."

"This B&B is a historic and interesting building that has been kept up well. Asian inspired decor gives it a unique flavor, and William has made sure it has everything you need. Our room, the "New York" was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding, as William is an excellent cook. Overall a very pleasant stay. The walk to town was about 15-20 minutes, butless than 10 minutes to the Festival Theater. "

"Carly and James have thought of so many details that make one feel at home. "Our group traveled to London for DE's Tennocon. We did not have a car. This apartment was within walking distance of the event and a great base for our group. There is a grocery store near by and restaurants for takeout. the apartment is well appointed and comfortable. It contains 1 queen bed and a queen size futon/sofa for sleeping, and two small couches. We'll definitely consider staying here again next year."
