Each bedroom is beautifully appointed with a luxurious king-size bed and a large Smart TV, ensuring a restful and indulgent stay. The master bedroom features a private ensuite, while a second contemporary bathroom serves the rest of the home. The third bedroom hosts a small office set up with three screens, a keyboard and a docking station.

To ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay at our property, we kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following Code of Conduct:
1. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the property.
2. Parking Regulations: Please DO NOT park on the grass or on the road verge in front of our neighbours’ properties. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the driveway clear and accessible.
3. Restricted Access: The Staff Only cupboard in the hallway near the laundry, is not for guest use. We kindly ask that you respect this area and refrain from attempting to access it.
4. BBQ Maintenance: After each use, please clean the BBQ to ensure it remains in good condition for future guests. We provide cleaning supplies for your convenience.
5. Waste Disposal: Bins should be placed outside on the road verge (just to the right hand side of the driveway) Sunday night for Monday morning collection. We appreciate your cooperation in proper waste management. Please try and break down recycling rubbish so that it can fit in the bins.
6. General Pantry and Toiletries: Feel free to help yourself to the general pantry and bathroom toiletries provided for your convenience.
7. Stove Top Cleaning: After use, please wipe down the stove top. Avoid using abrasive materials that may damage the surface.
8. Air Conditioner/Heater Usage: We kindly ask that you turn it off when leaving the property for extended periods to regulate energy usage.
9. Belongings and Cleaning: Please tidy up and return belongings to their original locations. Please clean all dishes and put them away or stack the dishwasher before checking out. If additional cleaning is required or items are needing to be returned to their correct locations, a further charge may be applied.
10. Showering: To maintain proper ventilation, please ensure that the exhaust fans are always on when showering.
11. Washing Dryer Usage: When using the washing dryer, please turn on the exhaust fan and keep the door open to prevent condensation on the walls. Please also clean the lint filter in the dryer after each use.
12. Indoor Plants: If your stay exceeds one week, we kindly request that you give our indoor plants a small amount of water.
13. Respect for Neighbours: Please be respectful to our neighbours by observing quiet times from 10 pm to 7 am.
14. No Parties or Events: Strictly no parties or events are allowed on the property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment.
