Located on the ground floor of our multi‑storey home, the space is completely private and fully self‑contained, with its own private entrance, exclusive‑use driveway, carport, and direct access to a peaceful private garden featuring an outdoor bath — a beautiful spot to soak under the trees.

There are plenty of places to relax outdoors. Enjoy a quiet morning coffee in the seating area at the front of the house, or retreat to the back garden where you can unwind in the shade under the pergola and trees — a lovely cool spot on warm days. Just a short stroll across the road, you’ll also find a local park with a children’s play area, perfect for families.

We’re just 600 metres from the beach, making it an easy stroll to the shoreline to enjoy a swim or the sunset. The nearest shopping centre is only a 5‑minute drive away, and Lakelands Train Station is a quick 7‑minute drive, giving you convenience as well as tranquillity.

Inside, you’ll enjoy free Wi‑Fi, a SMART TV for streaming your favourite shows, a well‑equipped kitchen, and thoughtful touches throughout. Families are very welcome — we provide a (travel cot & highchair by request), baby plates and beach towels as well as other essentials to make your stay comfortable.

We live upstairs in the main part of the home and are available if you need anything, while still giving you complete privacy to enjoy your stay.
