Lovely private apartment in tenement building. Original cornicing with high ceilings. This apartment is very private with private views. It is a two minute walk to craigie hill golf course & local restaurant cherrybank inn. The location is quiet with a 15 minute walk into the city centre. Also a 10/15 minute walk to the broxden park & ride. Lots of walks on your doorstep. The apartment is in a great location if you want to travel to other towns or cities like St Andrews, Dunkeld, Pitlochry are all within 40 minutes.
