"We really enjoyed our 5 night stay at this property. The hotel is modern and in excellent condition. The room was comfortable and adequate in size. We took advantage of its central location to enjoy breakfast at several local restaurants. The onsite self-laundry was very welcome. I compared many hotels in the area before choosing this one. Save yourself the trouble and just book this one. You won't regret it."

"Overall, it was a nice stay at The Melbourne Hotel in Perth. The location of the hotel is at the edge of the Central Business District. Nevertheless, it is walkable to most facilities such as the train station and some of the landmarks. The front desk staff was polite and helpful. When we arrived to check in, they had the information ready for my check-in. The hotel is quite new and the room has been newly renovated. Also, the property is clean throughout. On the negative size, the body wash was not replenished for 4 days. Also, it is an open concept design for the shower stall. Half of the bath room would become wet after shower. I will rate it just 9 out of 10."

"Free bottle of excellent wine from Western Australia. Excellent breakfast buffett. Restaurant faced pedestrian bridge with bicyclers and walkers going by. The bridge had access to King's Park a short 15 minute walk away and bike pathes along Swan River. "
