This hotel was perfect for the stay I needed. Affordable and within the city. The staff were quite helpful also! Our only issue had nothing to with the hotel or its staff but noisy neighbours! The building is quite dated and rooms are definitely not sound proof so you hear every sound. Thanks!

The hotel is very good for budget traveller,comfy bed and good shower,house keeping clean,tidying room everyday ,change new towels,Hotel is very close to Hay street mall,plenty good restaurants near Barract street ,Red CAT free bus few step away,close to Mciver station connect Airport central.I will come back here next trip to Perth

There was a matress in the foyer where the male receptionist obviously slept. Although the cost for the overnight stay was deducted from my credit card, when I checked in, I was required to pay a $200 dollar bond!!!! Never encountered anything like that in any hotel I have ever stayed at!

Torn Carpet,strong terrible smell, very thin Blanket for Perth winter, we were hard to sleep, we turned heat on but barely feel it. The worst thing when we checked in august 14, the receptionist (young Chinese male who can speak Chinese)was very rude and unfriendly, he even didn't look at us when we asked questions, he seemed was not willing to say anything to us, very unprofessional attitude, very unpleasant experience in this motel!!!

I was not expecting much and yet I was still disappointed. Upon check in Male staff member barely acknowledged my existence and his phone seemed more interesting. All hallway walls were filthy and the deodoriser used to hide the musty smells took my breath away and played havoc with my asthma. The room was what you would expect but again the smell was vile, it did improve after having the balcony doors for 3 hours but made the room freezing cold. In a attempt to make the room look more welcoming it looks like it has been painted by a 12 year old. Only positive was the shower but the bathroom stunk. Beds were ok but blanket on top was old and worn out. Staff member upon leaving was at least polite. No I don’t recommend and would never go back.

Wouldn't recommend to book this Hotel. Shower is for people under 170cm Its Old, dirty and bad maintenanced. Sheeds was clean, room looks like 1970

Dated property, noisy corridors, unfriendly signs at reception. On arrival the staff were less than friendly, barely uttering grunts at us - no real welcome. On departure the staff were half asleep. The room was ok - not worth the money paid for a "deluxe" room. Highly disappointed bearing in mind the reviews and the pictures on Expedia.
