"Very neat clean room however there was a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor. Pool half full of green slime. Hallways carpets worn and stained and often smelled of stall smoke. Staff was apathetic."

"This has to be one of the cleanest and best ran old school motels I’ve ever stayed in. I don’t usually stay at motels because most of them are dirty and run down. The owner is very nice and takes pride in providing a clean affordable place to stay. Highly recommended if you are in Perry. "

"There was plenty of parking but it was not very secure. The staff were indifferent to me and my requests. The room was dirty and the toilet was nasty. There was no breakfast provided but only 10 percent off at Hardee’s with my hotel receipt. The room wall looked like the bed was moved over 5 feet and a scar on the wall remained."
