"Highly recommend this place, super clean, staff super friendly and breakfast was so much better than the norm from other hotels."

"The check in process was easy. Room was very clean and spacious. Did not need the kitchen but it had a big frig and everything you would need to be able to cook a small meal. Bathroom was clean and very nice. Bed was comfortable. Parked car over several nights and price was great. Used the shuttle service to get to airport and they were prompt. Once we returned from our trip, we had problems calling into the hotel to get picked back up. Never did reach anyone at the hotel, but after several attempts to get on a shuttle, a very nice guy said he would take us back to Sonesta Simply Suites to get our car. "

"We didn't stay for breakfast. We checked out before 8 am. Rooms had black mold and were dirty. Switched rooms same problem. Talked with Frank and the front desk who said he "wasn't surprised" by the conditions of the rooms. Valet is a joke. He was sleeping and and the nerve to tell me he didn't have to valet my vehicle. For the service I received and $44, I agreed and found free parking around the corner. Crazy to talk to someone like that when you work for tips. Upon checkout, Michelle was the only reasonable person."

"Booked King room thru Expedia, was given a 2 queen.The hotel said the only king room on the property was booked for next 3 yrs.Also, there was constant noise from floor above from 2 AM till 6 AM.At times sounded like a basketball game in the room above,furniture dragging around.Was offered a possible discount but haven't heard back."

"My favorite part of the stay was their excellent breakfast buffet including scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, pastries, bagels (even with lox, capers and red onions) plus a waffle maker, cereals, oatmeal, fruits, yogurt, etc. It was a true breakfast buffet! Besides that, the beds were very comfortable, the rooms quiet (except the air conditioner was a bit noisy), the parking free and access and the grounds were well kept."

"Considering age of the hotel, the room was pretty clean (I had a kitchen suite). The property is just older- the parking lot entry could stand to be repaved for sure. I didn’t get breakfast, but did try to get coffee. The coffee was empty, and when I asked the front desk about it she was visibly annoyed and told me to check with the breakfast attendant. There was no attendant avaiable (I waited several minutes). My biggest complaint is noise. The fellow next door started playing music at 630 am and it sounded like he was in the room with me! Same for when he would cook or talk on the phone. I could hear the conversations of the people across the hall plain as day. So just be aware in the kitchen suites that your neighbors hear everything. The location was perfect for our purposes."
