The house is comfortable, pleasant and bright, and ideally located on the Pink Granite Coast, between Perros-Guirec and Trégastel, very close to the port of Ploumanac’h.

The house consists of a large room with fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with a 140 * 200 bed and a 90 * 200 bed, a mezzanine with a sofa bed, a shower room, WC, utility room with shower and WC.

Ploumanac'h is very picturesque

Lovely gite, close to harbour, beaches and wonderful eateries. Claude is a very friendly host and our stay was excellent.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem sehr angenehmen Haus mit super Lage. Das Auto kann direkt davor auf dem privaten Parkplatz abgestellt werden. Spaziergänge lassen sich von hieraus beginnen, zum Hafen Ploumanac'h, zum Strand Tourony, zum Traouiero-Tal, aber auch zum nahen Supermarkt. Ein Auto ist nicht zwingend erforderlich. Das Haus selbst verfügt im Obergeschoss über zwei Schlafzimmer, in denen 4-6 Personen Platz finden. Bad und Toilette sind voneinander getrennt, was wir als sehr vorteilhaft empfunden haben. In einem kleinen Raum im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine zweite Toilette und sogar zweite Dusche. Die Waschmaschine dort ist sauber und war sehr hilfreich für uns. Ein kleines Gärtchen hinter dem Haus ermöglicht ungestörtes Sonnenbaden oder Lesen. WLAN ist vorhanden, hat alles super geklappt. Frau Bonnot ist super nett, hilfsbereit und gibt interessante Tipps für Ausflüge. Sehr gerne wieder!

Super Lage, tolles Haus, viel Platz

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, in den beiden Schlafzimmern ist viel Platz, Küche ist alles vorhanden. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Zu Fuß kann man Badestrand, Hafen, Küstenwanderweg in nur ein paar Minuten erreichen, sogar der Supermarkt wäre zu Fuß erreichbar oder mit dem Bus. Wir kommen wieder. Pour nous la maison ètait parfaite: grandes chambres pour dormir, la vue sur le port chaque matin merveilleuse, à pied dans quelques minutes: supermarché, la plage, le port et le sentier des Douaniers avec le phare de Men Ruz. On va retourner! Merci beaucoup pour cette semaine fantastique!

Zentral gelegenes geräumiges Haus

mit Gärtchen. Wir haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen. Der Hafen von Ploumanac'h ist zu Fuß in 5-10 min erreichbar, der plage Tourony ebenfalls. Spaziergänge kann man direkt von der Haustür aus starten. Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz zu dritt oder auch zu viert. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht in ausreichender Zahl. Es gibt zwei Toiletten und Duschen, eine Waschmaschine und Trockner. Alles in gutem Zustand. Das Auto kann direkt vor dem Haus geparkt werden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und stets ansprechbar. Sie hat uns interessante Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben und uns herzlich willkommen geheißen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. 😊 MERCI.

Perros Guirec July 2022

This property was ideally located to access the beautiful coastline of Perros-Guirec, Ploumanach and Tregastel. The house was very clean and well equipped and we were very comfortable during our stay. Claude gave us a very warm welcome and had a very comprehensive information pack with lots of information regarding what to do in the area. We had a fantastic time and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property and the location.

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Ploumanach. La location est très bien située et équipée; la propriétaire est très prévenante, aux petits soins pour ses locataires. Seul petit bémol, la maison est proche d'une route très fréquentée l'été.
