Luxury apartment classified 'Furnished Tourism ***'; 51 m² for 4 people (even 5 people if child or adolescent, at an additional cost), Port de Plaisance de Perros-Guirec, near the port with its facilities and shops, but also very close to the sea and its activities. With private parking, Internet & Wifi, modern TV. Very appreciated by the first guests who stayed there.

Parfait pour un séjour en toute détente

Le logement est parfait. Propre et bien conçu, à deux pas du port (et 5 min à pied d'une boulangerie, parfait pour une petite ballade matinale pour aller chercher le petit-déjeuner). L'équipement est complet et l'emplacement très calme. Les propriétaires très accueillants et sympathiques, et riches de bon conseils. Bref, un endroit parfait pour passer de bonnes vacances.

Location très bien située, à proximité immédiate du port de Perros-Guirec et des commerces. Emplacement idéal pour découvrir les merveilles de la côte de granit rose. Le duplex est très bien équipé, fonctionnel, propre et confortable. Une agréable terrasse bien exposée permet de déjeuner au soleil. Les propriétaires sont charmants : accueil chaleureux et mise à disposition de toutes les informations nécessaires et bonnes adresses de la région. À recommander sans modération !

Semaine agréable

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à Perros-Guirec. Le propriétaire du Gite nous a reçu avec bon nombre de documents et les a utilisé pour nous expliquer tous les sites à découvrir. Le logement, refait à neuf, est très bien décoré, le Wifi opérationnel, la TV de bonne dimension, la literie très confortable, les 2 salles d'eau bien équipées ainsi que la cuisine. Deux petits "bémol" : il n'y a pas de plan de travail. Si vous voulez éplucher un légume, ce sera sur la table de la salle à manger et le coût du forfait ménage pour 3 lits (nous avions demandé un lit simple supplémentaire) un peu élevé (environ 150€). Le parking privé est un plus. Nous sommes donc très satisfait de notre séjour et nous recommanderons ce gîte à notre entourage.

Zeer aangenaam en verzorgd

De eigenaars Jean-yves en Jessica waren top eigenaars, sympathiek en behulpzaam . De ligging van het pand was ideaal gelegen op wandelafstand van het centrum en de haven met restaurants en cafés . Het appartement was super met alles wat men evan kan verwachten , properheid en met smaak ingerichten een super terrasje om van de zon te genieten .zullen er zeker terugkeren. Séjour parfait
