    Very bright and functional house. Four large windows open onto the garden with no overlooking neighbors and direct access to the coastal path. The spacious 50 m² living area includes an open-plan kitchen, a lounge, and a dining area with an oval table and armchairs.



    The residential neighborhood is quiet and located near the family holiday center. The beach is just 200 m away. A seawater pool with balneotherapy, sauna, and sea view is 4 km away. Another heated seawater pool with sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, counter-current swimming, and sea view is also 4 km away, perfect for individual thalassotherapy, available for an extra fee.



    Bed linen and bath towels can be provided for an extra fee. Cleaning service is available for an extra fee.
